Ok i know pot is bad but its not the worst thing out there. Pot is not expensive eather you can get a fair amout of pot for 10 bucks. Dont kick them out. They have a baby! Well i got my tat on my lower back when i was at my heavyest.... I think it still looks the same but people comment that it looks bigger as i lost wieght.. .... who knows but here it is...

Well my scale at home is a few lbs off... but when i do wieght myself at home i wieght myself with no shoes but i DO wear shorts and a tank top. At the gym i wieght myself and i ALWAYS wear clothes. Kim

When i got my period i seem to open up. But if im stress or worrying about something im super tight. Hmm it seems like it varys to each person Kim Wait i have a question does anyone notice shorter periods?

Well i like step arobic classes.. They are fun and they can be low impact if you want them to be. I go the the step classes at my gym i had alot of fun but at first i was kinda intimadated im a beginer and i didnt know that the gyms competiitive step arobics team practiced in the same class i go to. lol. Lately i havent been going to go work out. Im thinking im anemic or something im exausted to go. Im always exausted. But i still try to stay active like walking extra or running around. Kim
