Anyone not have to do 2 weeks diet pre op?

Post Bypass Surgery foods I can eat

Is returning to work after 5 days reasonable?

Is anyone's goal weight higher than the BMI chart weight?

One year after sleeve surgery can you eat a whole bagel with cream cheese?
At eighteen months out I eat an English muffin every morning and have eaten bagel thins, I also eat rice and occasionally Pasta. My doctor gave me a limit of 120-140 grams of carbs a day. As long as I stay below that I'm fine. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

1 Year Post Op Failure
I don't quite have the same problem,but at a year and a half out it is a lot harder to stay on track. If you don't do it, track your food intake every day. I use my fitness pal and definitely talk to your nutritionist and if your practice has support groups or get back on track support it wouldn't hurt to go to a meeting. Total weight loss confusion...

Regrets that got better
I was pretty sick the day after, I had a headache that wouldn't quit and I was throwing up. At that point I had a what am I doing moment,by the next day the headache and vomiting was gone andI was tooling around the surgical floor, anxious to be going home. NO pre-op diet? How much did you lose?
