  3. I know I'm late with this,but 178.
  4. Wendy, from your date, it looks like your not even at a year yet....babbs I didn't join the site until after surgery. I had surgery last July, so am just at a year.
  5. Been there. I use prunes.
  6. For breakfast I had an English muffin with peanut butter and coffee. For lunch I had 3oz meatloaf and 1/2 cup cottage cheese. Snack one high protein frozen greek yogurt ice cream bar. Supper will be Mahi,Mahi, with mango chutney, rice pilaf and broccoli
  7. I had a mini addiction to clothes, but it has worn off, for now.
  8. Oh, and one other major accomplishment, I am able to get down on the floor to play with a five year old, and get back up again.
  9. Good job! You do look wonderful.
  10. I haven't made goal yet either, I am twenty or so pounds away from my goal, I believe I have made my surgeon's goal which was Sixty percent of excess weight.
  11. I have lost ninety five pounds, thirty before surgery and sixty five afterwards. While that is not as much as some and I still want to lose twenty more I am happy. I have gone from a size 28 down to a size 16/18. I feel healthier and happier, I was pre diabetic and I had high blood pressure. I have neither of those issues today. I can also get on the floor and get back up. I can walk a mile and more and I feel pretty. A good accomplishment for a year.
  12. I wish I knew what a life changer it would be. While I am still me inside, my outside is changed so much and I feel so much more confident and am definitely treated differently by some. That slightly angers me by the way.
  13. I'm lucky in that I seem to be in the minority, it took me about a year from first information meeting to surgery and that was because I needed to have surgery in the summer and my insurance covered most of it.
  14. I agree with my Fitness Pal also Bariatric Pal and my, WeGo,which is like a Fitbit, but cheaper.
  15. I was originally told no caffeine, but I have between one and two cups of coffee a day and my nutritionist is fine with it.
  16. Yup getting protein. I think water is part of the problem.
  17. Weightloss cook book for dummies.
  18. My surgeon didn't have me follow a particular diet. It just had to be 1,000 thousand calories and low carb, high protein and my liver was fine.
  19. I track what I eat. I'm thinking not enough water. Also, I seem yo have posted this several times.
  20. Help. I've gained four pounds this week and do't know why. Thinking it's Fluid as I am tracking my calories and carbs. I am four days awY from my one year anniversary and the scale is going the wrong way!
  21. I've gained weight, even though I'm following my diet, and tracking! I'm assuming it's water weight and not sure why! I'm three days away from my one year surgery anniversary and want to go down, not up!
  22. I think it's water weight as I have been keeping to my carb and calorie limit. About 1,000 for calories and 100 -120 for carbs. Feeling frustrated because ,I haven't felt all that great this week, I have been crampy and slightly constipated and have been trying to get enough water. I am three Amy's away from my surgery anniversary and want to be going down not up!
  23. I'm keeping track of calories and carbs and am not over my limit and I don't think I'm taking in too much sodium. Although I'm going to assume tat I've gained water weight. I have been battling slight constipation and have been cramps this week,so who knows, I just don't like going the wrong way on the scales.
