Show me your what your 80g protein day looks like
I actually get between 60 and seventy. So here goes, breakfast I have cheese or peanut butter on an English, for about ten grams. Lunch is greek yogurt for 12 or tuna for around fifteen or leftover protein from the night before for up to twenty grams supper is usually, pork or chicken for around twenty grams. I then have two protein snacks to make it up to at least sixty. That's one between lunch and supper and the other after supper before bed.

I need some pep talks!
88 pounds is terrific! I have only lost 95 at my one year anniversary, not every one loses a hundred pounds in a year. On the other hand with all of the stressors in your life. You did not gain weight.

MILK
I use skim milk in my coffee and that's what I drink when I rarely drink it.

What is your daily food intake?
I'm a year out and am eating between 1,000 and 1,200 calories a day. I usually have a couple of prunes ,an English muffin with goat cheese or peanut butter and a cup of coffee for breakfast. Lunch might be yogurt with 1/4 cup frozen fruit. A snack might be a hard boiled egg or 6 triscuits with hummus. Supper is usually chicken, pork or fish with some sort of veggie and then usually 1/4 cup cottage cheese or a grain(couscous or barley). And then a fudge bar or some sort of protein before bed and of course 6-8 glasses of water.

Do you eat Yogurt? What brand? What sort of toppings do you add to it?
I usually eat a Hannaford brand 80 calorie greek yogurt. Usually vanilla. I like to mix about a quarter cup of frozen fruit or berries in with it.

Random every day questions/thoughts.
My cat knocks CDs off the entertainment center if he's ready for bed and I'm not.

Had to put this in as a success.
A friend of mine pm'd me yesterday and said that her college age daughter saw me at our forth of July parade and said that I looked so confident and Hot!. She then went on to describe what I was wearing. A blue skirt and tucked in shirt with my purse slung over my shoulder. Her daughter knew me from before losing weight and is very fashion conscious, so I'll take this as a very big compliment.

You will. It seemed to take me forever to feel a difference or go down a clothing size and then I went down two at once! Just be patient.

Deciding to keep my sleeve quiet....
I think, that she must have some good qualities to have a loyal friend like you,but if she were a good friend to you, then you wouldn't have to worry about jealousy making her nasty towards you and you wouldn't be afraid to share such an important piece of yourself.

Deciding to keep my sleeve quiet....
I'm the opposite, I told most of my coworkers. I got positive responses from all.
-
When did you start feeling more energetic?
Right it took me a month after my sleeve to get my energy back, but that was partially because I was on blood pressure meds that I no longer needed.
-
Ladies, what do you consider your ideal dress size ?
Right now after a ninety five pound loss I am a size 16/18 I'd like to lose about 20-25 pounds, which would probably make it a size12/14. Good enough for me.

Caffeine
I have a cup of regular coffee a day. And also drink decaf. In fact my nutritionist suggested decaf to help me get my proper amount of liquids.

3 weeks out and eating 5-6 ounces a day....
I'm a year out and I get between 1,000 and 1,200 calories daily, so it is normal to be struggling alittle at your stage in the game.

Sleeve limitations
I'm a year out and while I can tolerate most things I try to be careful in what I eat. I do occasionally have a piece of pizza or a piece of cake, but not part of regular diet. I do eat some ice cream, but have found a high protein, high fiber, 80 calorie substitute that satisfies and that is about my only regular splurge.

Day 2 pretty miserable
I was still in the hospital the second day as well. So it's normal to be irritable and sore two days out.
