  8. I take it that you are on soft food. If you can squish it you can probably eat it. You can also eat canned chicken or pork and ad mayonnaise to those.. Yogurt is also good As well as canned veggies. I also ate some baby food and toddler sausages. Although, they were pretty bland., just a thought.

  11. My first goal was to be below two hundred by my one year surgerversary, I made it plus twenty five more, for a weight of 175. My next goal is to lose between ten and twenty more pounds by my next one. This still puts me at overweight, but considering my BMI was almost 50 before I'll take it.

  20. I eat carbs as part of my regular diet. I was told to have at least sixty grams of carbs a day. Most of them come from dairy or vegetables. I occasionally eat pizza and at inservice for work the other day I ate two home made cookies. I added them to my daily calorie count., but I don't eat cookies at home, I eat pizza maybe a couple times a month. And I eat whole grain pasta if I eat it at all, and it works for me. Everyone needs to find what works for them.
  21. I definitely dress differently, I'm wearing colors for one and not just black. I also started wearing, heals, consistent jewelry and make up. At least at work. I work in a school and so have been off all summer.
