Hello I'm Yannira my surgery day weight was 235 and after 5 months post op I'm 177. I feel like I should've lost a lot more weight I'm nor sure but..I'm super bad with the whole protien shakes and water stuff to.I'm a very picky eater and I dont know what to do.... I don't know what to cook I hate vegetables I hate a lot of food....my meals usually consist of rice and beef and tortillas and alot of other bad junk SWEETS are my worst enemy I will take sweets over any type of food... I need help I don't want to fail my sleeve.. Plus I feel like I over eat a lot and I'm always hungry......
