I feel like i am sick all the time . I guess I am not getting enough protein and some of the other vitamins. I feel weak and unsteady . Can't seem to get anything done . There is no get up and go . It done left for good . So tired . Sorry peeps sometimes I think this was a bad idea to have this surgery . Don't want to poo poo on anyone's parade but this has been one thing after another . So far things haven't gotten better and I feel lousy . I know all the chores I should be doing but can't seem to get them done just tired , depressed and unsure of what I should do next . This is an aweful feeling I have . Don't seem to sleep good either . The pit of my stomach feels like a garbage can . UGH !

I had my Gastric Sleeve surgery August 24th . But I feel I have no energy . I had 20 or more pills to take before my surgery but now that my stomach is the size of a cup I can only take the necessary pills . I don't like the taste of protein shakes . Maybe I will have to either sprinkle the protein in my food or start eating protein bars ? Not sure . I have to take my prozac for my depression which is very important for me . Since it helps balance my moods is a absolute must for me . Along with the Prozac I am suppose to take Wellbutrin or also known as Bupropin . A gummy multivitamin . It just gets so overwhelming with all these things I am suppose to be taking and I can't cause of my stomach being so small . I wish I could drink a gallon of ice water cause I get so thirsty . Does anyone else seems to have these same problems ?

Who know why I ate . Why does anybody eat ? I know food is my addiction . That's why I had the surgery . I didn't control my food portions . .It was a matter of either live or die and I chose to live by having the surgery . Anyway things are getting better with time .

I had surgery about 3 weeks ago and I am still adjusting to the portions of food . So don't feel alone in this .

Thank you all . Had my surgery August 24th. A few problems after surgery but doctor said it's all normal. Some internal bleeding but it'a all good now . Still getting use to my new stomach . It's gonna take some time . I still feel like I am healing even after 2 weeks of the surgery . Now probably the hardest part trying to get use to the portions . Not that I wasn't warned . Just gonna take time to adjust . Right now I am in the soft food stage . Won't be long and I will be back to good ole solid foods . I can't drink cold Water right now . It's too jarring for my stomach . But I am hoping in the future maybe 3-4 months I can drink cold water again . But hey I have lost 36 lbs in 2 weeks . Seems like alot I know but my stomach has been kind of tricky and like I said I am still adjusting to the amounts I can eat .

Question for anyone who might know . If I've eaten 1 cup of corn flakes with nothing on them before surgery do you think the surgeon will refuse to do my surgery because I have eaten that ?

I had a cup of dry corn flakes no milk or nothing and I was wondering if you think the doctor would not perform the surgery because I ate this yesterday and my surgery is Monday ?

I have a question . I had a cup of dry corn flakes do you think that will prevent the surgeon from doing my gastric sleeve surgery which is tomorrow ?

I am really feeling guilty now .

I have surgery coming up soon . I have the 2 week liquid diet but today I had a 1/2 cup of dry corn flakes is that going to prevent me from having the surgery done ?
