Low Carb Diet?

Hi there! I was curious what forever diet you were told to follow after you got sleeved? I was told to basically follow Atkins after I got through the various stages after surgery.

I wasn't told that I had to follow Atkins but the plan I was given was very similar. I try to stick to Atkins most of the time, definitely helps me lose faster. As soon as I start eating too many carbs, my weight loss slows way down or stops.

Lowish carb, high protein.at least 60 grams of carbs, no more than 120-140 grams 30 grams of fat and at least 60 grams of protein and 1,000-1,200 calories.
