  3. Ugh I hate the Protein shakes. I use the powdered body fortress vanilla and chocolate flavors and if I drink more than 2 a day I get diarrhea.
  4. I am on day 10 of my diet and have lost 10 pounds. Only allowed 2 Protein shakes and some raw or steamed veggies daily. Yesterday I had a bit of watermelon. At the movies I had 3 gummie candies and today I had more watermelon. I feel so bad. I hope this doesn't affect my surgery!!

  9. Today is the first day of the diet, I am only allowed 3 protein shakes and steamed or raw vegetables for two weeks. My surgery is July 7th. I've already got a headache and I feel like I am starving!
  10. I think you're gorgeous and healthy. Why is it so taboo to tell overweight people they're fat and need to lose weight but it's okay to make rude comments about healthy people?
