  1. Morning PP is Dr chris Andrews your surgeon? He was mine and he is very good. Maybe I,ll see you at one of our peer group meetings for Victoria General group. My surgery was May 31 and I am down to 218 lbs, I haven't been this light since the late 80's, I feel great and I am getting use to the fact that food tastes different to me and is not as dissireable as before.
  2. I know exactly what your dealing with. PC protein shake made me sick like dumping syndrome. Use boost diabetic, is only one that didn't make me sick, good Luck young man best of luck
  3. I love cottage cheese but for you add salt and pepper, yummy. Now for greek yogurt add jam and splenda this is tasty. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

I just went through the most painful experience in a long time. I didn't vomit but god i wish i had to relieve the pressure. Do yourself a favour do not try pretzels very bad combo for pouch. 14. I finished at 20 lbs for two weeks, the surgeons were quite happy with how much my liver had shrunk. I'm 3 days post op and seem to be making a speedy recovery. Stick to the pre op shakes it will help with post surgery recovery. Good luck everyone. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  21. I'm 1 day post op just got home from hospital A few hours ago. I was pain free when I left hospital and now I'm feeling some soarness in my tummy. I have a little bit of a headache. Here's the kicker, I was 249 lbs at surgery and I weighed myself as soon as I got home and I weighed 260 lbs What gives? Do I.v's put that much weight on me cause I have litterly been drinking little ounces of water and juice. My our issue is my flat bed can't find a good angle for sleeping without soarness, I guess I'll pop another T3
