I had thought about joining that one, but the only downside for me, is that they don't offer child care of any type. The YMCA offered the Child Watch program: you pay like 10 or 15 dollars a month and you can bring your kids with you to the gym and they have a room right next to the gym where you can drop off your kids while you work out. I liked it because the wall is clear and you can just step right outside the gym door and peek in on them. I don't really know that much about snap fitness other than they don't have child care and they they are open 24/7. Sorry I wasn't much help, but I'll keep my ears open if I hear someone talking about it.

Thanks Allykat! I'm so glad you are feeling better today! Soups are going to work great for you now that you are on full liquids. Do you like tomato soup? When I was on full liquids, I made tomato soup (with skim milk instead of water) and I added just a little bit of shredded cheese, dried basil, and dried oregano (or italian seasonings) and it was sooo good and very comforting. Glad you feel better!

Well, I just started exercising yesterday and today the scales still didn't move! I used to have a membership at the YMCA and I loved it there. At the time, when I cancelled it, I just didn't have time to go and I was wasting a lot of money. Now, I wish I hadn't cancelled it. We have a weight machine that I used yesterday (only do that every other day). I also jump roped yesterday. I have a step aerobics video that I might do today. I did so much better when I was going to the gym, so I may try and get another membership somewhere.

This is getting old.
Let's not add murder to the picture, jail could definitely add to the stress factor, lol. In all seriousness, I've worked in a bank before as a teller. I liked the job for the most part, the people on the other hand.........I won't get into that. My DH worked in a hotel once and he really liked the job. He worked the night hours and basically got paid to sit around and watch TV, since there wasn't usually much going on at night. He eventually got a day shift, it was more work, of course, but he still liked the job. Hang in there, I hope you find something soon!

"Green" Day Challenge
LOL, I often think we were separated too! I know how you feel. These old thoughts of "I'm gonna be fat forever" keep poppin into my head. I mean, I know that's not true, but old habits are hard to break! My restriction is loosening up a little too! Nothing major, but I can definitely eat a little more. I've still been doing really good, with the exception of Sunday. Sunday was a day full of bad food choices for me, but I started back strong today, so we'll see what happens. I think my biggest problem is that I don't exercise on a regular basis. I did exercise today and I plan on doing it from now on. You know, I really haven't had to exercise, I've lost very consistently without it. I know that eventually I won't lose anymore unless I exercise, so I guess it's time to get my lazy butt up and start, lol! You are soooo close to Onederland!!! I know you'll make it!!!

This is getting old.
Sorry your having a difficult time with the finances. I know how it feels to have to get help from parents and it's not fun at all. It's the worst feeling. I've had to do it several times and I just hate it because when I try to pay them back, they won't take it, and I hate feeling like I own someone. I'm not sure what your hours are, but is it possible for you to find something thats not in your field, temporarily, in addition to your other job? I know that would probably be really rough and stressful, but maybe it could work until May? Anyway, I hope things get better for you soon.

"Green" Day Challenge
Well, my weight has been at a stand-still for a few days. I knew it would be happening soon. I ALWAYS lose in spurts. I just hope I start losing again soon to meet my goal! I didn't make the last one and I REALLY want to make this one. I started back exercising today, so maybe that will jumpstart my weight loss again.

Spaghetti Squash Pesto Casserole
I made this again over the weekend for dinner one night this week, and I added some leftover Jennie-o turkey for some protein. It was a whole turkey breast that I had cooked, I just diced the leftovers into small cubes and added it to the squash mixture. I tasted a bite after I cooked it and it was really good and I love the fact that it added extra protein.

Chicken Salad Without Mayo.....
Laughing cow has 2 other light flavors: garlic herb and french onion I've had the garlic herb and it's really good! I am going to try the french onion next, sounds yummy! These would probably be good in the chicken salad too, it would add lots of flavor.

Baked Spaghetti Fake Out
I'm glad you liked it! I love the idea of adding spinach to it. I do that when I make whole wheat Pasta, I just added the spinach to the sauce and it turned out really good. You know, I made homemade sloppy joe's tonight for my husband, and I used ground turkey and it turned out really good. I added a little chili powder and a little taco seasoning to my sauce (which was ground turkey, spaghetti sauce, sauteed onions and peppers, garlic, salt, pepper, and a little cumin) for a little kick and he loved it. I cook now more than I ever have and I love trying to create new meals. Thanks for the tips. How did your spaghetti squash come out? I've made this 3 times and one of the times, I didn't cook the spaghetti squash long enough once and it was a little crunchy. It really didn't bother me, but my husband has a texture issue with food, so last time I made sure I cooked it a little longer, until it almost caved in when I pressed the skin. Did yours come out soft or a little crunchy?

The jalapeno ones are pretty hot!!! I fixed that one for my husband the other night and tried a bite.........whew, it's definitely got a kick, so I stay away from that one! The mushroom and cheese one is good too! I order my dry roasted edamame online at snackaisle.com. They kinda taste like peanuts to me. Walmart has a boxed vegetable in the freezer section, of mixed vegetable's by Green Giant that are really good. It has edamame, carrots, blackbeans, and sugar snap peas. It's called Healthy Weight Vegetables. It's very good and high in Protein.

Chicken Salad Without Mayo.....
Okay, so today I was really craving chicken salad but did not want all the extra fat and calories of mayo. I do not like the taste of light or fat-free mayo, so I came up with another alternative instead. I took 1 wedge of light laughing cow swiss cheese (only 35 calories), put it in a bowl and microwaved it for about 20 seconds. It has the consistency of mayo when it's nuked!!! I added 1/4 cup canned chicken (packed), 1 tbsp. chopped walnuts, 1 tbsp. sweet pickle relish, a little salt & pepper and mixed it together and voila........a nice little lunch! Of course you could add whatever you like in it. It looks just like you used mayo and it's creamy too! Next time I think I'm going to try putting in some raisins instead of the sweet pickle relish, yummmm.

That lady at the top.
That did bother me too after I noticed it! This lady has a ghost body or a shadow rather that bothers me a little. I just try not to look at this new lady all together. Between the boob fondling and the shadow, it freaks me out.

My mom can't sleep, need advice
I have a lot of trouble sleeping. My problem is that I can't fall asleep, I lay there for hours. I asked my Endocrinologist about it, and she does not like to prescribe medicines. She recommended a relaxation CD. I've been using it for about a week and it seems to be helping. Here's the link if you want to check it out

Dr. John Bagnato - Bagnato Bandits Before/During/After Pics
Mia- you're lookin good girl! Your face already looks thinner! Keep it up! Brina- Girl, you are so funny and cute as can be! Can't wait to see some progress pics of you, I'm sure you'll be posting them soon. Bamboobabe- Thanks, I really like the bangs better too. For some reason, my face looks better with bangs. I would get it cut, but I have this fat patch behind my neck and I'm a little self-conscious about it being exposed. Once I lose more weight, I don't think it will be as noticeable. I'll bet if you find a before picture of yourself and compare it to one now, you will see a difference. When I was a couple of months out, I snapped a shot and I didn't see a difference, but as soon as I put it next to my before pic, I was amazed at the difference. Hope to see your pics soon! ParaGirl- Can't wait to see your pics!!!
