Oooops! Stretched pouch
No, you do not have to have a total unfill to undo a stretched pouch. I did liquids for several days and was back to normal.

Strength Training and better sleep
Does anyone notice a connection between strength training and having an easier time sleeping? I had insomnia for years and it got better when I cut out coffee. Well, the last couple of weeks I can barely stay awake past 9:30. I am alert and active during the day but I pass out in 20 seconds at bedtime. The only thing that has changed is the intensity of my workouts. Is there any science to back this up?

Why do women have anal sex?
Well, I think some people would agree that it feels good. It is something that must be approached with caution and when relaxed, though.

Does anyone feel sluggish
Yes, and bloodwork told me I was low on my vit B and low iron. Taking supplements helped a lot.

Got my approval today!!!
YAY!!! Bringa pillow with you to surgery, it will help support you when you hold it in front of you as you get in and out of your car. Also a buffer between you and the seatbelt.

Addictive personalities and working out
Do you think there is a link between having an (to whatever degree) addictive personality and viewing going to the gym or working out as a habit, something one must do? I hear of people who, after doing it for a couple of months, HAVE to go to the gym. I am just not one of those people. I have to set 10 week goals and switch up my workout every two months to keep my motivation. I have a friend who does have an addictive personality tell me that all she needs to do is start working out and within a couple of months she will be compelled to go to the gym regularily. So, I am curious if anyone else has any thoughts on this?

Share your gym strategies!
My gym has a bootcamp program too but it is at 5:30 in the morning. I dont think my 2 and 5 year old will want to get up that early (not to mention me!) LOL If they change the time to later I would go though

Chewable calcium that actually tastes good?

Share your gym strategies!
I have to admit, stepping up workouts and adding circuits really helped me this week. I went from losing 1 pound a week on average for the previous few weeks to 2 pounds since I started this thread.

Painful and numb toes during cardio
I am tall - 5'11" and I just read somewhere that holding the foot in the same position of the elliptical cuts off circulation. It may have been someone speculating, though.

Painful and numb toes during cardio
My BP is usually great but I have a cuff here so I may as well check it more often

Surgery approved and done now insurance trying to deny claim
This could be as easy as your doc office resubmitting the claim with the correct code. Call the billing office and ask them

Painful and numb toes during cardio
No, I hope it is not the shoes, I spent a lot of time looking for a pair that fit my feet leaving me room enough to wiggle the toes.

Painful and numb toes during cardio
Always happens to me and it is beginning to tick me off. My toes go painfully numb on the elliptical. Any ideas to alleviate this?

Called UHC, little confusing????
Ihad an easy time with UHC. BMI of 40 or higher with no comorbidities, 35 up to 40 needed two. 5 years of weights and I just called my GYN and asked them to compile a list of weights for the last 5 years and have the doc sign off on it. It showed my weight up and down all over the place. I brought that to my docs office and they sent it all in for me.

What would happen if Barack Obama were Assasinated?
Wow. Just wow. I dont suppose this particular forum has an iggy list like some others do becuase there are a couple of people whose ignorance I need to mute. To answer the OP, I sure hope the secret service is on its toes with Obama, I would be pissed is something happened to him. Also, as a member of middle class america, I am happy to pay more in taxes as I believe in investing in people and communities and I believe I should pay more in taxes than someone who earns less than my husband and I do. I only ask that the governemnt not spend my money foolishly.

It took me about a month to stretch my pouch and a 6 day stretch of liquids to get it back to normal size.
