  1. You must eat three times a day, even if it's just a little. For no other reason this will establish good eating habits.I wasn't eating very much at your stage....maybe 6 Tbls at most.
  2. I had a doctor that got als...he ' d been my doc for twenty years as well as a family. friend. It was very sad.
  3. It's soft, but LOADED with fat...like 14 grams for 2 Tbls. , about half being sat. fat.It is high in Vitamin A and Iron...my nut says stay away.
  4. If you're talking about protein"shots" beware..they don't have a lot of digestible protein.
  5. Hope you feel better. Keep us updated.
  6. Had minor surgery Friday, so only light walking today....
  7. I'm wondering how everone's doing on potassium. I'm low on mfp everyday, even if I eat 1/2 banana. My potassium bottomed out after an albuteral treatment awhile back...never want that to happen again!
  8. Cool. I feel the same way about my "safe" life occasionally, and then I look at my kids and remember to be grateful.
  9. Great routine...it certainly has paid off for you. I have a hard time with any exercise that strains or puts pressure on my side, so I do a lot of swimming and Water aerobics. I can feel the burn when we do the toning exercises, so I think I'm on the right track.
