  1. Welcome! Glad to meet you.
  2. I can tell you feel as good as you look. Congrats!
  3. I had a hysterectomy, but after my heart surgery in 2000, I missed my period for three months. Doctor said my body was just stressed.
  4. Definitely have it checked out. Better safe than sorry.
  5. Have you tried milk of magnesia? It's like magig!
  6. They also have an aqua boot camp, but I'm a afraid I won't be able to handle it. Has anyone had to stop during a class, and if so, how did you handle it?
  7. Alright! I bought a pair of size 10 "motivation" pants to hang in my closet. When I don't want to work out, there they'll be!
  8. I had surgery on 4/29/13 hw 297 cw 230
  9. I only feel the need for food if I skip a meal...then I feel just weird. I definitely feel full, though. It's not like before, though. It took me about five weeks to tune into when my pouch was satisfied.
  10. Hw 297 Cw 230 Surgery 4/29/13
  11. Just found an aqua zumba class! Going to start next week!
  12. Liquid diet? You got this! I used eas advantage shakes, which gave me 7 shakes a day. I was lucky enough to be able to choose from several options, and these worked best for me. I was able to have a shake every 2 hours, so I was never hungry, and I lost over 20 lbs. and really shrunk my liver.
  13. My lower belly is always the last to go. I do cardio to burn the fat and ab work, but it hangs. I already have rashes, so hopefully insurance will pay for pannus removal or a tuck. I was really fit for about 15 years after I had my twins, and did about 500 reverse crunches daily, but I still had a pouch. After carrying twins, things won't ever be the same. Ah well....it seems like we all have a problem area.
