Hey guys! Those that have done really well.... How did you get rid of your belly? Mine doesnt seem to be shrinking the way everyone else did! Any ideas?

That's my biggest problem area. I wear a sweat band when I'm at the gym and wear spanx 24/7

My lower belly is always the last to go. I do cardio to burn the fat and ab work, but it hangs. I already have rashes, so hopefully insurance will pay for pannus removal or a tuck. I was really fit for about 15 years after I had my twins, and did about 500 reverse crunches daily, but I still had a pouch. After carrying twins, things won't ever be the same. Ah well....it seems like we all have a problem area.

I have that problem also. I look flat but I have that fold.
