You must eat three times a day, even if it's just a little. For no other reason this will establish good eating habits.I wasn't eating very much at your stage....maybe 6 Tbls at most.- Not sure what to do anymore:(

I had a doctor that got als...he ' d been my doc for twenty years as well as a family. friend. It was very sad.- Liverwurst?
It's soft, but LOADED with fat...like 14 grams for 2 Tbls. , about half being sat. fat.It is high in Vitamin A and Iron...my nut says stay away.- Baked oatmeal

Had minor surgery Friday, so only light walking today....- potassium
I'm wondering how everone's doing on potassium. I'm low on mfp everyday, even if I eat 1/2 banana. My potassium bottomed out after an albuteral treatment awhile back...never want that to happen again!- Surgery in 10 days!
Cool. I feel the same way about my "safe" life occasionally, and then I look at my kids and remember to be grateful.- how do you deal with emotions without food?

Great routine...it certainly has paid off for you. I have a hard time with any exercise that strains or puts pressure on my side, so I do a lot of swimming and Water aerobics. I can feel the burn when we do the toning exercises, so I think I'm on the right track.Account
