I take 5000 mg a day and use fall fight by futise which had Biotin In it I have not had Hair loss and I am 4 months out. I am also very careful that I get all my protien everyday which i think helps as well

I was so afraid as well I even wrote letters to everyone in my. Family incase I died. Crazy I know:) I am three months out now and so glad I was even able to run with my five year old today and he was so happy and told everyone how I ran with him. You can do this! Sending good vibes

Yay first time i did my toe nails with out being out of breathe, stretching, or having my husband do it. The little things make me so happy he looked at me said hey thats my job, but i am proud of u babe and its not all over ur toes lol

I am geveva as well and went to highland Dr Johnson.

"You are not that big"..... I know people are trying to be kind but it almost makes it worse. I was 298 and only 5'5. I am surprised my desk phone was not orbiting me. Please do not humor me since you were the same person that said things like "she has such a pretty face but....." or "it is a shame she has so much potential".

I must be having a hormonal mood swing right now. LOL Don't mean to be crabby this just bugs me.

How much pulling the drainage tube out hurt. how much energy I would have in a few weeks. How different my hands would look. And how people who know you had the surgery always look your stomach when you walk in the room. still no matter what negative things may have happened the good things far out weight the bad.

I made a chicken and broccoli casserole with finely chopped cauliflower instead of rice. I also used the almost fat free cream of mushroom Soup and mixed it with Greek yogurt. 224 calories, 23 grams of Protein. It was so good.

Thanks ladies I will call the doc today as it seems to be getting worse I have to work with teenagers all day I hope they are kind I will try the ice as well that sounds really nice.
