My surgeon says we can't have gummies ever. I'll be 3 months on the 25th and I am sick of chewables! So sick sick sick! On my 3 month post appt I want to ask about whole pills. Surgery 7/25/12

So my first goal was 50lbs. I am 1 pound away from 50 lbs lost post surgery. I can not believe how close I am to 50 lbs down and 30 pre op down 79 lbs from January! Mind blowing! I bought ankle weights and have been wearing them for 2 days and its 5 lbs each I'm walking around with 10 extra pounds and I'm like wow.... This is nothing to what I've lost and its HEAVY! LOL. So happy and excited to be on the losing side. My hubby bought me a gift card to a day spa to Celebrate my 50 and I refuse to use it until I hit the mark! One more pound! Surgery 7/25/12

That's so awesome! Going on a cruise next year and I know I need to plan that out and keep busy and moving and use the gym etc. Not just hang out and eat all day lol. Surgery 7/25/12

I didnt work the day before because I had my last pre op appt the day before and my surgeons office was an hour away and I had to register at the hospital too so it just wasn't worth working took a vacation day because disability doesn't cover the day before. Surgery 7/25/12

That is odd I would double check with the surgeons office. At 5pm the night before I had to drink a bottle of mag. Citrate.... Yuck! Surgery 7/25/12

Guilt is such a normal feeling. I have one daughter and she is 2 I had so much fear but not for me but for her. I felt guilt that she wouldn't see me for the 2 nights 3 days in the hospital. She wouldn't understand... I skyped with her but I was so tired and discomfort I didn't talk long. Point is... Mother to mother you are the last person you think about. This is your health and it will be something you do for you. Have no fear, pray for serenity, and fast recovery to return your kiddos. All the best tomorrow and pls keep us posted on your recovery. My mom shrunk... I'm hoping to shrink too I've always been to self-conscious to wear heels. Maybe if I loose some height it won't be so weird. (I'm 5'7") Surgery 7/25/12

BB I do that to my Water still. I # them and I mentally know by lunch time I need to have one down and started on #2. Best tool I've used and glad I'm not alone in my #ing Surgery 7/25/12

I had to drink a bottle I think 11oz at 5pm the day before surgery. Yes it works! But it doesnt feel good. I can't imagine using it post op. Try other stuff first or ask your Dr. It was a funky awkward mega diahrea feeling. Surgery 7/25/12
