It went well! I start my Pre-op assignments this week! PAP tomorrow morning bight and early, and Nutritionist on friday. Then theyre suppose to call me for my scope and psych. He said if all go wells I could expect surgery the first week of august!

Ok so I just got off the phone with my dr office and they are holding a surgery date of July 26th for me!! She was able to talk with bcbs this am and they are letting her fax everything and it is already in their office!!
Wow someone has a tread about goin fast phew, I get it now! Ohhh and other great news I weighed this AM and the last 2 weeks of Protein Shakes and gym have paid off I'm down to 302!
Holy crap can this day get any better!

Yeah...lol I don't like those comments from inmates...BUT, it would be better than fat jokes. I wear scrubs so your curves show!

You might have a new problem at the prison...the "hey sexy" comments! lol

Walk in front of inmates with out hearing constant fat remarks yelled at me (I work in a prison)

You guys are so funny! I got date for all of my pre op stuff today and they all take place in July!!! So He said pending insurance approval I should be able to have surgery the first week of August!

I just bought stuff on sale all different sizes. It's also nice to borrow clothes from friends and sisters. I was lucky my sister gave me a ton of clothes that she didn't fit in anymore and they got me through for a few months. Also belts are my best friend! I love shopping now I have to keep myself out of the mall lol. I spend to much time getting ready in the am now lol. I think I'm most excited about wearing dresses:-).

I'm 3days out now. But before the surgery, I bought a few pieces that looked great and I had to have. Lol. Since I work at a clothing store part time, I won't be spending a lot.

Yeah buying new clothes sucks! I had to buy a new pair of jeans every 2 weeks in the beginning! now I'm stuck at a size 12 and medium shirts!!

Love everyone's!!
Mine would be::
1. Wrapping a towel ALL THE WAY around me after a shower or dip in the pool!
2. Being able to shop on the clearance rack in target!! (they never have anything cute in my MOO MOO size)
3. Wear a winter coat that doesn't make me look like the kid in "a christmas story"
4. Go to a theme park/ Water park and ride EVERYTHING without fear of not being able to fit or looking funny!
5. Stand next to my, 6" 2' physically fit...without an ounce of fat on him, husband and look like we actually belong together

No more buying long shirts or being afraid to lift your arms because your belly-belt will be exposed

I have these DVD's! And I love them.

I took my little boy to a local bouncy b. Before I left, my husband told me my jeans were too big. I could not believe it. I had on my skinny jeans ( not really but those 18 pants from the Gap were the smallest I had worn in 6 years or more!). So got to the bouncy b and actually had the energy and stamina to play for 2 hours! However, as I was climbing up the big slide holding my 22 month old, my pants fell down! I only hoped to one day wear those jeans again. I never imagined be any smaller! This tells me that my mind set really needs to change!!

Bought new clothes yesterday including the new outfit for the gym. Thought I'd share

Everything went well at Consultation. Now it is time to start making Doctor and Dietician appointments.

My initial consult is also on the 27th. That's too funny! Hope everyone keeps high spirits and remembers why we need to strive for success!

Omg you guys have all brought tears to my eyes I'm glad I can be an inspiration to you all!! I still have 44 more lbs til my ultimate goal I'm hoping by my 1 year mark or before!! I definitely want to be down 100 lbs by my 7th month mark!

I went out and bought me a bikini....still have a lot more work on my mid section I hate my flabby stomach and all my stretch marks eww! But I feel great being able to look ok in a bikini....not only that but I held up my body weight this morning using only my arms so that's another NSV for me!!! Anyways here is the pic of me in my bikini (can't believe I'm posting this, taking all my courage)

Had my surgery April 24 2012 was 238 pre op 200 right now 38 down so far these pics were from right before surgery and today I am really starting to see a change!
