  6. I had mine in October also. My hair has thinned out a lot. I have talked with some friends that are several years out. She said she lost it in clumps and got in her protein. I think it may just be something we have to deal with. She said hers grew back once most of the weight came off. I know it doesn't help much, but I guess we must be patient....but I feel ya!
  7. Help! I'm having allergy problems right now and have drainage causing sore throat. What can I take I'm only 5wks and a few days out. Can I take children's liquid allergy meds?

  12. Yay! I'm one week out right now and doing good. I've lost 11lbs as of this morning. Congrats and hope to reach my first goal soon which is only 13lbs away.
  13. Yay! Everyone is doing so great. I can't wait until I can be able to shout out those great losses!
  14. You have to do it in strides to let your muscles get back in motion. So take it off for a little while and then put it back on. Yesterday I didn't wear it at all until before I went to bed.
  15. Yes, great group of people on here. It's almost scary how helpful everyone is....but we all share a very personal struggle.

  18. Congrats! I know once the cat comes out it is so much easier to walk! Welcome to the losers side! I am one week post op today and hardly used any pain meds in hospital or home, but having some incision pain today. Hope you get to go home soon and recover nicely!
