  1. Yeahhh! I'm so glad you meet your goal in time! Beautiful.
  2. Just medicine - not food. Part of the reason why I can't eat!! I'm too scared of something getting stuck. I sipped on warm tea to help me. The doctor said is food get stuck drink olive oil about - tablespoon immediately.
  3. Anyone tried zaxbys salad? I'm trying to wait until I reach 6 months or my goal before I eat anything unhealthy. I really want to retrain my brain - to me this is the scary part!!!

  6. I took meridia a few years back and it worked great - lol I could not eat anything. Insurance stopped covering it and price went to $90 a bottle per month. Most of the time, these medications always end up on the recall list.

  8. What Soups work? What soups made you sick? How far post opp? - I have packets for broccoli and cheddar, but not sure if it will make me sick. - Does creamy tomato / tomato basil have too much acid?

  12. Hello, I'm not sure about just the 7th week. How about from week 1 through week 7. Lol. Have you been taking all of your Vitamins? B12 and Iron?

  15. Hello. Welcome to the group! I really felt the more I tried to diet, the more weight I gained. The medications I was taking for high blood pressure, migraines and fibryomyaliga was slowing down my metabolism. The junk food - pizza - kept me happy and energized. I also think stress plays a big role on the weight loss process. The surgery for me, took some of that stress away.

  18. Anyone has a key to making protein shakes tolerable? I've tried at least 6 different brands and have spent a lot of money. I gag on the smell and can not stand the fake sugar taste. Help!!!

  20. I was flagged for some of my questions during the psy evaluations - such as night eating and the doctor wanted saved he would approve me but I still needed to come back for a follow up. During the follow up he pointed out some issues I might run into given my past etc and he was right. My first month after surgery was not easy - I thought I was going to pull a brittney and cut all of my hair off!!
