Adipex

Has anyone been perscribed this on their six month or from their pcp?

I was and have never been keen on taking any kind of pills other than vitamins. I took them for a few day and seemed a little off. Thought I should finish them off up until my 14 day pre-op diet to see if I can even lose a few before then.

Also if you took them. For how long and did you lose anything?

Helps lose weight with obesity people that have high blood pressure diabetics ect.. Alone with a diet plan

I took that about 7 years ago and it helped me lose about 50 lbs but the side effects were uncomfortable. And if I knew then what I do now, I wouldn't have taken it. It's not good for your heart. Most docs wont prescribe it. And don't get it online! You can't guarantee it's not just Tylenol or sugar pils!

I took meridia a few years back and it worked great - lol I could not eat anything. Insurance stopped covering it and price went to $90 a bottle per month. Most of the time, these medications always end up on the recall list. :(
