  1. Wow....you have done great.....is there a reason you didn't take your vitamins?
  2. I hope I have no problems with watermelon....it's my FAVORITE.....only 2 weeks out, so I'm giving it some time first.....
  3. I take Bariatric Fusion.....I order online. They have several favors...I'm taking the tropical flavor right now...I like them....you chew four (spread out thru the day). I was told not to do any type of gummy for 6 months.
  4. Sounds like you doing good....I was only getting 30 oz a day in at a week out....doing more each day....the Popsicles help with getting in it....and I was a burper too....but it felt so good to do it....that has slowed down now....everything gets better with each day!
  5. I would pack a cooler with protein drinks, yogurt, cottage cheese and try to stay health if you stop. Try to eat what you have already tried, I wouldn't want to be far from home and have something that did not agree with me!
  6. I weighed myself my first day home....I was up 10 pounds...that was 3 days after surgery...I lost all of it and more by day 6.....just all the fluid they give us.....

  8. Several small walks...sitting up as much as you can....hang in there, it will pass soon.

  11. I got rid of mine today!! It was so annoying ...... My surgery was the 7th and they just moved me to full liquids.
  12. I'm 8 days out and just taking a shower exhaust me. But it is slowly getting better. I'm trying to get in as much protein and fluids as I can. When I get frustrated I just remind myself that I just had major surgery. Hang in there......
  13. I've been throught periods of depression. Sometimes I knew why (divorce, etc) and sometimes there just seemed to be no reason for it. I've been on meds for it. After 6 or 12 months I would be able to come off them. It seems like they would rebalance me and I would be ok.
  14. 34 pounds in 3 weeks....that's GREAT... I'm still on full liquids...can't wait for an egg...
  15. I'm one week out and I'm down 9 pounds from day of surgery.
  16. Looked up 24 hour fitness....unfortunately the closest one is 1800 miles away! I talked to my doctors office and they said the only way to get it is online...they are going to give me samples at my appt. on Wednesday ....then I guess I'll just order online...it does seem to be a great way to get my protein in....
  17. Ones anyone know if you can buy the unflavored unjury in a store? So far I can only find it on their website.
  18. Get lots of sugar free Popsicles ... I'm 6 days post op and they are the only thing that go down easy....
