My Quick Stoy

Tarted at 310 lbs (jan2003) current 136 have maintained all this time do not take my vitamins or calcium, only side affect my teeth literally rotted out what seemed overnight ended up getting full dentures oct. 2011. Feeling great and would do it all over AGAIN!!!!!!!

    Your teeth can and will rott if you don't take your vitamins. It's very essential to take all of your vitamins. People don't realize that losing teeth can happen. Please take your pills!!
