Tbats just fluids.. I havent weight yet.. Im not sure I want to know....I had to get 3 units of blood and Im really starting to feel better... Keeping all Liquids down, gas is my worst enemy right now!

Yes, Jade, it's definitely the fluids. I had RNY on Friday 8/10 and was up 7 pounds when I got home on Sunday. I know it's startling, but it goes away very quickly. By Tuesday I had lost back to the pre-surgery weight plus 1.5#. So, don't worry! BerlyAnn, you could try "Little Tummies" simethecone drops. It's basically anti-gas for babies and about 2 dropperfuls helps a lot.

Good to know! I'm definitly peeing like crazy, lol. Gas is starting again now that I'm attempting protein drinks but the walking is helpful!

I was in hospital for 4 days they gave me 9 bags of IV fluids I gained 16 lbs of fluid. 3 days after I got home I lost it all
