Thanks for the info everyone. I have had no problem so far with weight gain I've actually lost 11 pounds since I had the shot 2 months ago.

I'm 16 months out and I can't eat 1 slice of pizza! That sounds crazy that you can eat 2. How did you feel after eating 2 slices? Were you so full you were sick?

I eat very few carbs and I feel so much better mentally and physically.

I actually have gave it lots of thought and no I really don't want him. I am not the kind of person who will ever just have a hook up ever again. It's just not worth it!

I'm having the same problem. I'm at 136 and that's the lowest I want to go. In fact I didn't want to even be this small so I'm slowly adding a little more food so I can maintain.

I get that all the time! Some are very nice and say you look great at this weight but I've had a couple say stuff like you need to put on some weight! So rude! Some people have no tact!

I maybe drank 2 of them after surger. I turned out fine and healthy so I would listen to your doctor.

I get mine from walmart. I take 3 multi vitamins and 2 b complex a day.

You need to get to goal and then see how your body looks. Just because you need lipo now does not mean you will need it later. You might need skin removed when you hit your goal because there might not be fat to remove.

I eat dense protein first and usually don't have room for anything else. Are you eating protein first?

I use some from walmart made by roc. I can't use it very often because of my face peeling so I've been putting it on every three days. I want to know how Long it takes before that stops so I can use it every day. Anyone know.
