  1. Some will but you have to have rashes and stuff from the extra skin
  2. You are 9 months out and can eat 4 slices of pizza? I'm 13 months out and can't eat one slice! Something is not right. If before surgery they had told me that at nine months I would be able to eat all that I would never have had surgery! I know my sleeve is a tool but mine is a tool that physically won't let me eat that much! Have you always been able to eat that much since surgery or have you been from the beginning over eating and have stretched it out? Good luck and I hope you get better!
  3. No i haven't.
  4. I'm 13 months out and I only eat about 800 cal per day.
  5. I did go thru feeling strange as I got thin. Like I was doing something wrong when I would take smaller clothes in the dressing room. But I'm getting used to the idea of being thin and I'm loving it!
  6. I was so worried about that also but it's not a big deal. I'm 13 months out and I don't drink for 1.5 hours after I eat. My stomach still has food in it that long and I see no reason to push it out with liquids. I would rather leave food in there and not get hungry.
  7. I've lost 168 lbs in a year with my sleeve. I also know 3 people who had bypass surgery and they have all gained weight back. So the bypass is in no way a guarantee that you will lose it and keep it off. It's a tool just like the band or the sleeve. Good luck!
  8. I put my drains under my binder at the top. I would leave the top of the binder a little lose and tuck them in there. My boobs helped hide the bump they made but since your a man that probably won't work for you!
  9. That's great! You will look and feel great!
  10. I'll be praying! Good luck!
  11. My arms so so flabby and nasty! Sleeves fit but I only wear elbow length or 3/4 sleeves. Even in summer. I would never wear short sleeves!
  12. I know everything says to wait 30 min before drinking after eating but I wait 1.5 hours or longer. I still have food in my stomach for that long and I see no reason to wash it out by drinking after 30 minutes. Maybe try that and you won't have that feeling so soon. There is an article that I've read and the weight loss surgeon who wrote it says to not drink for about 2 hours after eating. I was already doing that so I was glad to have a doctor say the same thing. If anyone knows the article I'm talking about could you please put a link to it on here?
  13. I lost a little at month 7 but it wasn't bad.
  14. That's to much food. Plus I'm almost a 13 months out and I can't drink for 1.5 hours or more after eating.
  15. ok so I looked at the pic and didn't see a problem. What is wrong with it?
  16. My incision is right at my hair line. It did pull my girl parts and I love it! It doesn't look funny or wrong it looks normal. Not saggy any more. I really didn't expect for that to happen so it's a bonus!
  17. You look great! Congrats
