  1. I weigh every morning. I will do that for ever so I can make sure my weight stays the same.
  2. You look great. Congrats! I've lost 167 pounds in 12.5 months. 4 pounds of that was from a tummy tuck. I now weight 151. I only eat 800 calories a day. If I ate 1200 calories I would gain weight. I couldn't even physically make my self eat that much. I do notice a big difference on here with how much people eat. I just always assumed that I would never eat 1200 cal a day again or I would just start gaining weight or stop losing weight. I guess my advice would be to cut your calories down a little. You have done a great job and you look wonderful!
  3. This is the trick I use. Hold the camera at arms length in front of you and higher then your head. Point the camera down at yourself but don't hold your face up too high. Just use your eyes to look up. It will make you look slim, no double chin and years younger!
  4. I've not drank soda in 13 months and I will never drink it again! I was horrible addicted to it and I'm afraid if I started drinking It again all my other food addictions would start up again also. I'm not taking any chances.
  5. Starting weight was 318 and I'm 5'4. After 6 months I'd lost 105 lbs. I lost 60 in the next 6 months. I've lost 2 more pounds since my year anniversary on 8-29. So in a little over a year I've lost 167 pounds and I have not exercised. I now weigh 151 and I'm trying to stay that weight and not lose any more. So yes it's possible to lose lots of weight with the sleeve. Good luck!
  6. I've kept mine a secret from almost everyone and am so glad I did. It's very personal and I don't feel I need to share my medical history with anyone.
  7. I eat no more then 800 calories a day. I also want to stop losing weight but I do not want to eat more! I'm hoping my body just decides its at a good weight and stops.
  8. I would never donate my eggs! But everyone is different. Good luck but don't do something that will harm your relationship with your husband.
  9. I'm over a year out and I don't feel normal I'm better then normal! Seriously though I think about my surgery and what I'm going to be eating all the time. But it's in a healthy way now. Instead of all day thinking EAT EAT EAT now I think about what will I eat that's healthy and satisfying. It's a much better place mentally to be at then before surgery.
  10. No I hit my goal weight months ago. It says hit goal on today's date but that's not right. So it makes it sound like today I hit my goal of 170 but I'm now 151.
  11. My ticker says reached goal weight on 9/17/13 or what ever the date is when I change how much I've lost. I reached my goal weight a few months ago and I'm now 19 pounds below that. How do I make it stop saying reached goal weight than the wrong date?
  12. Well I do weigh ever day and plan on doing it for ever. I would rather gain a pound and deal with it then gain 5 and have to worry about losing that. Anyway if I eat too much salt or soy sauce I will be up the next day. I had soy sauce the other day and my hands were swollen the next day. So I say watch your sodium
  13. I'm over a year out and my stomach makes lots of noises.
  14. I'm also below goal and dont want to lose any more. I'm having a hard time adding more food though. I just don't want to eat more.
  15. I'm a little over a year. The pic is hard to tell. I can't eat that much felt mignon though. Everyone is different though.
  16. Once in a while when I have a day off ill find myself wanting to graze. Ill make egg drop soup and drink on it all day or ill drink the liquid from soup all day and that really helps me. The saltiness is what What does the trick. But thank God I don't have many days like that!
  17. Before surgery I was obsessed with food. I'm a little over a year out and my head hunger is about 90% gone. I hope that never changes!
  18. I woke up from surgery hungry. I'm a year out and I still get hungry and my stomach has growled from day one. I've lost 165 pounds In a year so it has had no negative affect on my weight loss. My head hunger is about 90% gone and that's what's made the difference. I get hungry so I eat a few bites and I'm full. Not a big deal. Lots of people on here say its not real hunger only acid well I'm sorry that is not always the case. Good luck!
  19. my tummy tuck also pulled my thighs up a little and did wonders for my public area!
  20. You look great! I love skinny jeans!
  21. I feel like my first year was a honeymoon period not just the first 6 months like I keep hearing! Just stick with eating right and follow the rules and I'm sure you will do great!
  22. I just had a tt two weeks ago and I did great with pain and recovery. I really wouldn't have wanted to do a lot of surgeries at once though. I did consider doing my tt and arm but some plastic surgeons wouldn't do them at the same time. Your plastic surgeon will know what's best.
