  1. I've been alone for years doing nothing but being a single mom so I am totally clueless about men and relationships. This is the first hook up I've ever had so your advice is right on I'm sure. It will also be my last hook up!

I need some advice! How do you turn a hook up into something more?
  3. Ok I keep trying to report a problem but it still won't let me. This is the problem I'm having. Why won't it let me log in with my user name and email that I used on verticalsleevetalk? When I try it says already in use! Is it not possible to use the same info? So I had to create all new info even had to get a new email address.
  4. I've had problems and have tried reporting them and it won't let me
  5. I'm 15 months out. What to eat is not a big deal. I can eat what ever I want just small amounts. I eat very view carbs and I weigh daily. By weighing daily I don't feel I have to track my food.

Has anyone gained weight from the depo shot?
  7. I woke up from surgery hungry. I'm 14 months out and gave lost 172 pounds so hunger pangs haven't had a negative affect on me. I get hungry so I eat a few bites and I'm full so it's not been a problem.
  8. I'm 38 and have lost 172 pounds. I do notice a few lines and I have had a little filler done but I think I look good and prettier now that my face is not as chubby. I now weigh 146 and I'm very happy at this weight and mainly because I'm afraid I would start to look older if my face got any thinner.
  9. I'm going to look these books up. I got in the floor the other night to stretch and my goodness I was so tight it was pitiful. Thanks!
  10. Yes the scale number is just a number but I let that number get all the way up to 318! So I feel the number on my scale is very important. It's important I see 146 or close to that every morning so I don't get complacent and god forbid see 318 again.
  11. I also weigh every morning. I'm always so surprised when people on here say it's unhealthy to do that. I would flip out if I weighed only once a week and my scale said I was up 10 lbs! My body wants to be fat so I must keep on top of it. I would rather be up a pound in the morning and deal with that then be up 10 and be freaked out on how to get it off.Good luck with your tummy tuck!
  12. When did you have sleeve surgery?
  13. I started at 318 and I'm now 146. Yes be prepared for a tummy tuck. I had one 7 weeks ago.
  14. I eat very few carbs. Some days I probably don't have any. Some days I eat a few more. I find the more carbs I eat the more cravings I have so why bother?
  15. I don't drink milk any more. I don't want to waste calories on milk.
  16. I would have a excuse ready like a you are taking a friend for surgery and you can't back out because she has no one else to take her. If she arrives a few days after surgery just tell her you hurt your back and also have the flu. That's what I told everyone and they all believed it. It explained why I was getting around very slowly and why I wasn't really eating. Not one person suspected a thing.
  17. That's awesome! Had my tt 7 weeks ago and couldn't be happier! Good luck!
  18. I'm almost 14 months out and I sometimes keep track of what I'm eating. Usually when I track my food it's to make sure I'm eating enough. I only track maybe once every 2 weeks.
  19. I'm almost 14 months out and I love hearing success stories from people that are further out then me. It seems lately I've read more from people gaining and struggling with their weight so thanks for posting! I have had no issues so far and reading your post gives me hope that I won't!
  20. I had to see the nutritionist and psych dr once. Blood work and seminar. Took me 6 weeks from start to surgery day!
  21. I had a tummy tuck 2 days before my one year sleeve anniversary.
  22. i had my tummy tuck 2 days before my 1 year sleeve anniversary
