  1. First, you look amazing. Second, others who were sleeved that same as me have lost quicker and more. I'm almost 8 weeks out and lost 36 lbs. and I eat healthy & exercise at least 5x a week. The important thing is to be losing and be healthy.
  2. It's ok. As long as you stick with it. As they say. Rome wasn't built in one day. Also change up your routine every few days. Tricks the body.

  7. I was able as well. The Dr reassure me that everyone is different and to be happy that I don't have issues. You will feel the restriction soon. I too was worried at first.
  8. I'm down 33 lbs and a lot of inches. Most important I feel great.
  9. You will go thru stalls but I do suggest the gym. I started the gym on wk 4 and go 5 to 6 times a Wk. Your body gets use to it and becomes part of your lifestyle change. I've been on a stall for 2 weeks and last night I weight myself and lost 6 lbs since last Sunday. Yay. Also, remember you are losing inches. Very important
  10. As long as they are NOT time release, you can crush them. Or of course the bottle says not too
  11. I take Alive multi for women gummies. My iron is low so I will be getting an iron transfusion.
  12. I feel blessed. I'm 7 wks out and never experienced anything bad. I eat a good 4-5ounces (I try to stay under 800 calories) at lunch and dinner of protein. 33 lbs down so far. Happy with my weight loss also gym at least 5x a week. Try eating one food at it a time

  16. Tracking my food Exercise 5 times a week Buying one piece of clothing as a reward to reach my next goal. I try to do my goals in increments of 20 lbs. seems easier to accomplish.
  17. I just had my 6 wks post op asked my surgeon that. I got the ok.
  18. Usually u can make payments. I was sleeved on may 22 n making installments on my deductible.

  21. Be at ease. Your health is most important and if the SO is not onboard, then I'm sorry but they don't deserve you. I know it hurts, been there but when overweight. I can tell you it's a blessing in disguise. Love you and continue getting healthy. Your soulmate is out there. Best wishes.

  23. I feel that we have a happy strong marriage. We had serious talks about the changes. He is very supportive. Buying the items I need to get healthier. Etc.. So sorry that you are going thru this.
