Our patient advocate sets everything up. I will be leaving with all meds at hand including blood clotting injections. They want to make sure you do not have any issues. I love how they are very involved.- Any one being sleeved on May 22?

Me too. I had to attend a pre op class that later all day but very informative. They could stress enough the importance of the vitamins. I just bought my starter liquid vitamin set with all the required vitamins. I figured liquid wise would be easier. I also bought smart water that has electrolytes. I may be sipping but I will sip water with the added electrolytes to help prevent dehydration. In addition, I'm not a fan of the protein shakes so I bought "new whey" that is packed with 42 grams of protein in only 3.8 ounces. 2 a day will help a lot at least in the first few months. I figured that when I get to the purée stage I'm going to focus on eating high protein. Ie chicken purée..- Vsg Negative Reference In Book 'weight Loss Surgery For Dummies'?
