  1. Great options!! I'm 3 months post op
  2. I get the munchies from time to time ...are there any guilt free or low guilt ideas out there?
  3. I'm getting very discouraged, since my 3rd week I've only lost 7lbs and ill be 12 weeks post op on the 1st if Nov. ..I honestly don't know what I'm doing wrong. I feel even if I was just doing weight watchers I would lose 2lbs a week so I'm scared. Idk if maybe my pouch is stretched or what...all together I'm down from 291 to 248...I don't want to stop here! I'm stressing. ..any tips?
  4. I'm 2 1/2 months post op and he been a weight stall for weeks (down 43lbs) but I wanted to start working out to maybe jump start losing again. What are some things you guys do? I'm looking for ideas and wanted to know where my heart rate should be and things like that.
  5. I'm about 6 weeks post op and I notice I can eat salad really well...a lot of it! I read it was a slider food. Is it bad that I'm able to consume so much lettuce? It makes me feel like a normal person when I have it so I like that I can eat it but I find myself upset that I'm not able to eat like everyone else...I just joined a gym so I'm hoping this can be my new thing so that I don't think about food as much

  10. We were instructed to pack as light as possible! I took my phone charger a book and underwear...for home I was sure to have popsicles, soup (to drain the broth), sugar free jello, and crystal light packets
  11. Does anyone know of a truly flavorless protein powder?
  12. Yes I do find it hard to get the liquids in even though I'm still in the full liquid stage but the popsicles are a good idea! I have plenty but I'm so cold these days u haven't veen wanting them. I also feel like I don't hungry or full triggers...so much to get adjusted to!
  13. I am a week and a half post op and I feel like my mouth is so dry! Its driving m e crazy...Protein drinks dry me out...juice drys me out...so I've been drinking water but it only lasts for a couple mins. Is there anything I can do for this? Is this normal after surgery?
