  1. Keep it at 6-800 cal even with working out I find I get hungrier

Yes I think I'm bored with my routine I have been afraid of trying new things so I pretty much eat the same thing day in and day out I'm afraid things won't sit well with me so I stay in my comfort zone I need more variety and I need to get rid of the junk that's made it's way back into my home..

Hey everyone so I'm going to be 5 months out on the 27th and I'm starting to struggle with my diet and exercise I have been sooooo good going to the gym everyday And eating what I'm supposed to and weighing Everything out and lately (maybe 2 weeks or so) I haven't felt like going to the gym all I want to do is binge on bad foods and ill eat my weighed out portion of food and then get up and snack on candy ( m&ms and Ice cream, crackers with Nutella on it ect) and I feel like I haven't been loosing as much as I was I'm scared I won't be able to kick this and become motivated again please help I'm at a loss!
  4. I got mine as regularly scheduled before surgery and then the day after surgery and I had it for like two months every day on and off its your hormones and the heparin they give you so u Dont have blood clots it's annoying but it's normal
  5. Hey I had my surgery dec 27th does anyone knows when you can start going into the pool?
  6. I was told if you chew Papaya enzyme it helps
  7. Really I'm only doing about an ounce of protein a tbl veggies and a tbl fruit

  10. I'm doing ok first day bck to work I'm pretty sore lol I'm a nanny for a 2 yr old but it felt so good being back at wrk I've been doing good with food I have been really into baked potato's the only thing I'm not really Intaking my protein shakes I'm finding it really difficult

Im 2 weeks out and my staples are out and I just started mushy food I feel almost back to normal and Im finally happy with my decision it's still really hard I'm not getting my protein shakes in barely staying hydrated I mean I'm drinking but no where near what I'm supposed to but all in all I feel good a lot better then the day I wrote this thank you everyone for your support
