  4. I was told by my surgeon you do not get dumping syndrome with the sleeve
  5. Where did you have your procedure done?
  6. They are not sure but I would follow up with the surgeon that you used.
  7. I'm from Mass was sleeve at MGH on May 3rd by dr Pratt. Love her. I'm doing well so far down 74lbs was feeling good until this weekend. Had abdomen pain and went to hospital and have kidney infection, compacted bowel Nd gallstones. Home now waiting to hear from dr Pratt on how to proceed

  9. I was told to sip all the time. No straws and to get at least 48oz of fluid could use sugar free Popsicles which helped so much
  10. The diet ocean spray raspberry cherry thinned out with water is awesome.
  11. This may be TMI but I'm thinning a lot down "south" the positive is I don't need bikini waxes. Lol. I'm thinning up top too and already have thin hair so I'm nervous it won't grow back

  13. My NUT said tomato soup was fine. I had a V8 and it was so good. It help with bowel movements and help me with my sodium levels because it was low.
  14. I'm 3 mos out and I'm loving it. I don't think I've had a day that I regret it (so far fingers crossed ). I have lost 74lbs and for the first time in my life since about 12years old no diet. When I go our to eat I usually order off the appetizer menu and still end up bringing it home. I would talk to your doctor and/or your NUT and make sure everything is okay Good luck and I will pray for you
  15. I crave the taste of salt now. Before sleeve didn't use salt but now the saltier the better. My NUT said my sodium was low so I'm okay using it. I use sea salt.

  19. I was told not to count calories by my NUT she said use this first year to tune into our body and listen to our stomachs. Eat when hungry but make sure it is physical hunger and not head hunger. Just healthy eating for life.
  20. I still want to lose another 50llbs but I'm less than 3mos out. I have had a carb here and there but really don't care about eating anymore. Kind of weird but I have so much more time in my day now. LOL.
  21. That's funny I thought only my brothers worried about deer season. Lol. Venison is a gray source of protein
