August 7, 201312 yr I'm 23 and I was just sleeved on July 30th. I'm doing pretty well except for the aches and pains that were expected to come along with it!
August 7, 201312 yr I'm from Mass was sleeve at MGH on May 3rd by dr Pratt. Love her. I'm doing well so far down 74lbs was feeling good until this weekend. Had abdomen pain and went to hospital and have kidney infection, compacted bowel Nd gallstones. Home now waiting to hear from dr Pratt on how to proceed
August 7, 201312 yr Author Wow! Good for you on your success!! Do they know what caused those things? Right now I'm just getting sharp pains everytime I take a deep breaths. Hoping that it'll go away or I'm going to go my PCP tomorrow. I've lost 9 lbs since my surgery!
August 7, 201312 yr Author I did and he doesn't think it's a leak because I don't have a fever and I'm tolerating my diet ok. But if the pain persists I'm going there tomorrow and I'm going there tomorrow to see what's going on

August 13, 201312 yr Author Me either so far, tomorrow will be my two week mark and so far I've already lost 13 lbs! I lost 54 before surgery as well, I'm psyched and I only have a few more days left of the shakes before I can finally start eating some real food!

I went to the required pre-op meetings but I haven't gone to any post op! It's tough with my work schedule. That's awesome! Does she have a date?
