I found a house for lease yesterday that I really like. Keep your fingers crossed that they do not want a small fortune for a deposit. It is a brick 4BR 2 bath, 2 car garage that is really close to dd school. It has a really big backyard with a privacy fence so Macy can play outside. Very quiet neighborhood on a dead end street...omg I am gettng worked up and I do not want to....I do not want to be disappointed, so i am trying ot to get excited. We probably won't find out the details until the realtor calls us back. I want to move from this trailer so bad! Everyone have a good day and I will pop in later!

I plan on using my panties as shrub covers to protect them over the winter... I donate my clothes to goodwill as well.

I have no plan on having the band removed or my fill removed either for that matter. Why set myself up for failure? I guess it is to each his own....but, I know my limitations and I would leave it just as it is. Why ruin a good thing? Best of luck!

During the seminar I attended, my dr told us that the band on the average will help to lose 50% of your excess body weight. Some people are just average, some are below average, some people are above average. I strive to be an above average and it has worked so far... I guess it just depends on how bad you want success. It is up to you!!

Well, my dream came true....I love the fact that D & D are the final 2. That show would have been way too boring without them!! I just hate when it comes down to a bunch of "goodie 2 shoes" are in the finals....now at least there are 2 people with a backbone in the finals. I think Daniele will win...her dad just pissed too many people off. This is just my honest opinion, so please don't hire a hitman....

I had lost 175 pounds on my own 12 years ago. I would have called anyone a liar had they told me I would gain it back. Well, slowly but surely I did...luckily not all of it but 100 pounds of it. I tried and tried to lose it again and I couldn't. I was only losing about 1-2 pounds a month and got very frustrated. I got the band and I would not trade it for anything in the world! I was not lucky enough for insurance to pay for it so I will pay on it for 5 years since I had it financed....but would I change a thing??? NO WAY! Just remember in your journey that this band is a tool to help you, not a miracle cure. It takes alot of hard work and determination to follow the "bandster rules". The real question you need to ask yourself is do you have the will & the determination, if the answer is yes, then you will never regret it!! Best of luck to you!

Good morning violets! i am just having my morning coffee:ranger: and wanted to pop in and say hello and see what everyone has planned for today?! All of my immediate family was affected by the hurricane and so none of them have had power for the past few days. I really pray they get it back soon....especially my mom. I have left an open invitation with all of them to come stay here with us. We'll see....they probably won't since they are all hard headed. My stepkids are coming over today. Macy is going to be so excited! Of course my DH is at work again. He has been working with no days off for about 5 months and I am about at my wits end!! The whole summer has gone by and out of all of the times the kids have come over he has probably spent a total of 8 hours with them all summer. He leaves about 4:30 in the AM and sometimes isn't home until 7 PM. I try not to complain about it because I know he doesn't want to work so much either, but this is getting old and I am getting worn out. I feel like a single mom...no offense to any single moms out there....but all of the responsibility has fell on me. Work full time, cook, clean, pay bills, take care of all the 4 year olds needs (and you know a 4 year old has alot of them). I know, wa, wa, wa....I am just exhausted:faint:And then he wants to know why I am not frisky when he gets home...PLEASE!! OK, enough of my pity party. I just miss my DH:( I think I am going to go buy something today that is too tight that way I have some goal clothes... Everyone have a great day!!

Laura-sorry about all the BS you are dealing with! That bites...but like everyone else said, once it is fixed you will really be able to start whoooshing downwards on the scale. Look at it this way, the weight you HAVE lost is a bonus. Michelle-I totally agree with you on the part where you said that you would start eating again out of the defeated feeling and gain it back....isn't it great that we can't do that anymore! That is the best part of all...we are losing the weight permenantly!! Pamela-I am anxiously awaiting tonights episode!! I can not wait to find out who won the last HOH competition!! Galveston (where I work) got 5 more inches of rain, but it is all good this morning for me to go back to work. The turn made it go straight to my moms house...I have not spoke with her yet but I will call her as soon as I think she is awake. She probably already is, but I don't wanna take the chance of waking her because she was probably up all night worried. I watched the news and they said that alot of people are out of power this morning and trees are in the streets, but so far they do not see any major structural damage...thank GOD. Ended up going in to work because the weather cleared up somewhat...then the "storm" turned into Tropical Storm Humberto, so I got out of dodge and left work early. It should hit here tonight they say. Ugh, I hope we don't lose our electricity...that would suck! I can't sleep without A/C...I know, I am a whimp! Laura-he can't say no but it may be difficult to find someone locally to do fills. I read some posts that alot of drs won't fill other drs patients. But, on a positive note, some do!! onederland....what a dream. A dream that will soon be a reality. I am at 203.5....four more pounds to go. I am SO excited. The original goal was onederland by Thanksgiving, but now I think it may be in a couple of weeks! OMG...I think my husband will have to call 911 the morning I see 199 :confused:

Bandster hell has that name for a reason...life will be much better after your first fill. My dr said to expect hardly any weight loss the first month, but if you do lose, it is just an added bonus....be patient!

This is what i did...maybe it will help you too. Find something you ike to do to replace eating. I was eating out of boredom too....so in my case, I starting reading. I read and my mind is somewhere other than the fridge. Just find what you like to do...take up a hobby. You would be surprised how much it helps....worked for me :confused: Good luck to you!

My dr told me that irregular periods are due to weight gain/loss. Throws the female system & hormones out of whack tremendously! When I was at my highest weight (about 325) I had 2 periods per year and they lasted about 6 weeks each!! Talk about horrible. It will all eventually work out as time goes by and we reach ideal body weights...or at least that is what I am hoping :confused:
