  1. It may well be muscle pain. Unless it swells, gets red, you get a fever, I'd say let it heal for a couple days. If it gets worse, or any of those symptoms, see a doc!

  7. I am so sorry that you feel frustrated. That said this is common. Stalls happen, and they often happen about "now". You also might have some 'buyer's remorse', we EACH have strange heads! But there are no take-backs here, so Press Forward and know that the weight WILL be coming off if you keep with your program!

  12. Well you can think all the bad stuff you want!!! :-) All ot that is low calorie and fat free!
  13. Great answers. You want to be comfortable with this before surgery, so keep researching until you are. Let me emphasize two points... (1) it is not magical... YOU still have to follow your plan and (2) Deaths from obesity are more likely (by far) than deaths from this procedure.
  14. after all is said and done, could it go through a straw? (but don't use a straw)...
  15. had discomfort but no real "pain". Felt OK in a week, except was very tired for a number of weeks...
  16. maybe stay with protein and veggie snacks and cut the carbs?

  20. it's to ensure that peanut pieces don't irritate or get stuck in the healing stomach... I assume OK now, but chew chew chew!!
  21. like so many things... it's very 'person by person' different. Lots of hints on how to do this in various threads here...
  22. I plan on reducing my cooking (and eating) this year...
