  1. I am going 3 months post op. Are peanuts allowed in our diet, I had orders right after surgery that I could not eat nuts- was it because of the recent surgery or is it not allowed forever ? Peanuts are high in protein and I like them. Help
  2. Anything in moderation- tracking calories on my fitness pal . Being aware of what are high in calories and still ensuring that I take my proteins first . I try to avoid meat right now- don't have any longing for it.
  3. Okay.. Thanks for the share... Omg!! There's like a huge piece of nectarine on my throat and i feel like dying. So this is what Full feels. Ouch!
  4. Just about to start on my solid phase, 7 weeks post op- can anyone share what signals full means? I'm too scared to eat....help!
