  6. You will be one of the success stories. Do not think otherwise, or accept otherwise. You have no choice but to go foward! And the fact that you have calculated the time to reach your goal shows nothing but determination. Embrace your journey! Good luck!
  7. Dont worry about not having a butt. You are a guy, you can easily get away with it. And, the right type of jeans will give you the optical illusion you need.

  10. Today starts my 5th week. I have lost a total of 22 lbs. since surgery. This week I did not lose anything and I think its the beggining of a stall. This is the start of a long journey so we have to be prepared for stops along the way. I also have to add that your weightloss is awesome!!! Chin up!
  11. I cheated on my liquid diet. I was so afraid my doctor was going to cancel my surgery that it wasnt even worth it. I might have even gotten a few gray hairs from the stressing. Put on your big boy underwear and get it together! Its already on wednesday!
  12. I drank M of M and didnt work. I later increased the dose ( per doctors orders) to 2 tsp. and it worked like a charm! Now Im doing one tsp. every other day. Good luck and dont worry, everything is going to work out!

  16. Here it is! -Peas -Cottage cheese -Chives -Onions -Quinoa -LF Mayo -Avocado Mix it all up and you are done! I didnt put in any amounts because you pretty much put in more of what you like. Its full of protien and is pretty good. Its also great to take to work.
  17. I always have. I am a month out and wondered about this as I pulled a turkey burger out of the freezer. I want to weigh it for a while until I am familiar with the portion size.
  18. Hey sleevers! Should I weigh food before or after its cooked? Thanks!
  19. Check your POTASSIUM. In fact, everyone check it. I dont know if you guys remember Terry Schiavo, but a couple of years ago she fell into a coma caused by a potassium deficiency after dieting. I do not want to scare anyone, but just keep it in mind.
