  1. Awesome job! You are such a pretty girl!
  2. Im mostly concerned about getting enough protien AND water with such a small amount of food. I dont feel hungry, but staying healthy is as much of a priority as losing weight.
  3. Hi all! Im starting week 3 and my doctor has me eating 2 oz., 3 times a day and 2 oz. of protien shake, 2 times a day. My question is, will I be able to have more that 2 oz. after week 4?

I am 12 days post op and I am already doing what I can. I wont be able to do ab work for a while, but meanwhile Im using a skin firming lotion. I have also seen a lot of work outs on Pintrest. Check it out!
  5. You should ask your doctor if he is going to leave a drain in. For me that was the worst part of post-op. I am 13 days out.
  6. Hey guys. Im 11 days post-op amd when I lay myself down for bed or get up from bed it feels like all the insides in my stomach are shifting and it hurts. Anyone else feeling this? When does it go away?
  7. This makes me not want to have kids...
  8. Great question. I was wondering that myself. A fellow sleever suggested Palmer's Firming Butter. Its specifically for weightloss and for women who have just had kids. Up to now that is all I have, but would love more insight!
  9. Mine went in an out while I was knocked out. That was an expirience I could totally do without.
  10. Thanks so much for your answers guys! Im glad to know I am not alone amd hope that we all get full sensation back!
  11. Hi guys. Im 9 days post op. I still have a weird numb feeling on my belly. I hate the way it feels whe fabric touches it. I know its the anesthesia, but how long does it take for this feeling to go away?
  12. Hi. Im 9 days post op and I have been bleeding from one suture on the lower right side of my belly. Not a lot of blood, just drops but its still pretty annoying. Is that the same suture you are having issues with?
  13. I will tell you something... You did not miss out! The drain is a tube they leave inside of you to drain liquid out from your abdominal cavity (kind of like a colostomy bag). Its super uncomfortable, even more so than the incisions. Some doctors put a drain in, others dont. I guess its a matter of their personal preference.
  14. Its been a week since my surgery. Today they took the drain out (finally!) and I lost 12 lbs! Doctor says Im doing great with the healing process.
  15. Its out! Ding dong the witch is dead! It hurt a little, but overall it was a weird feeling. I had prepared for the worst and thank God it fell short. Thanks guys!!
  16. Hope I have the same luck as you!
  17. Thanks guys. I think Im preparing for the worst so I get to be pleasantly surprised. I am so ove this drain. Sooo uncomfortable.
  18. Any of you guys have a drain tube? Mine is coming out tomorrow. Im kind of nervous about it...
  19. Hang in there Beauty... It must be hard being post op and having to cook. It will all be worth it!
