milk of magnesia worked for me. however, you may avoid this problem by increasing you water intake

Special K makes a protein/fiber drink mix (like Crystal Light) called Special K20

I've only been able to find it on Amazon.

Tastes great - no problem with it - Water, Protein and Fiber = winx3

If really bad try dulcolax, works fast and good, but may cause some cramping. Just don't rely on it all the time.

MIlk of magnesia to move things along quick. Follow up with miralax, one dose a day until things are too soft. Then move to every other day. Then every third day. Since using miralax I've been able to go everyday.

Thank you! I'll try the milk . It has been so bad that I got sick and puked alittle then I got home and cried! It's never been this bad before. Thanks again!(:

I drank M of M and didnt work. I later increased the dose ( per doctors orders) to 2 tsp. and it worked like a charm! Now Im doing one tsp. every other day. Good luck and dont worry, everything is going to work out!
