Steph - I don't go that much - I work - go to the gym Monday & Wed - Maybe Tuesday - Sat or Friday morning - weekend well - I shop way too much but it gets me out of the house - being home can be dangerous for me - I can go for a while then need my down time.. Just like eating I miss sleepiing my weekends away - I haven't been sleeping to well the last couple nights - but I do have more energy than I use to.. Going on a gf weekend 5/7 w/my bff Candy - goint to San Diego I think - Fri & Sat come home on Sunday - Looking forward to that grown up time.. I'm glad I don't have little kids - I just don't have the patience - for it - Hell Andrew is more like a roomate since he turned 18 and graduated - I love it.. No fight him to get up and go to school - homework etc.. Candice - Rations - well he better save them he might have to mail them to me if we have a bad eq ;0) - I really don't have an EQ storage - the whole thing about doing that is the house is going to fall on it and in the heat during the summer I don't care what it is - leave it out in the 110 temps it's going to get rotten - So I will have to dig my way to the pantry and guess I should have an extra propane tank - oh good idea janet.. Phyl - my phone was in the car charging - I replied when I left work - got a new contact for the left eye - it feels better - but said he's getting some new brand in maybe tommorrow that he thinks will be the right fit for me - so they will call me if it comes in this weekend and if not I go back on Monday - gotta say I like the feel of this one - does seem better and feels better too.. Well not much going on - talked to dil - she's eating healthy - omg - the other night kaitlin was making a bean and cheese burrito (her fav) well she put butter on the tortilla - Melissa said omg Kaitlin - what would your LaLa say right now to you.. lol I'm the food cop all over the place.. But the good new is they are eating smaller portions - eating more veggies and Melissa is readying labels !!! I think I would love to travel like what Candice & Peter are doing - my dream would to drive all around the USA & Canada - Always said I wanted to eat my way across America - still do - I want New Orleans food - Real Clam Chowder - Real BBQ etc - Karla - must be dead.... Hey Gang Back from the gym - had to stop by target and get a baby gift going to lunch w/a girl who use to work at my work and she had a baby 2 months ago - came home - fed the dogs & andrew - then had to do ranch banking - and just now getting here and it's 8 pm Had a nice short chat w/Candice - but I had to leave for the gym since it was trainer nite - they were waiting for me - said sorry but had to talk to my bff from Canada.. Phyl - Where are you stopping tonite or are you driving all the way to 3 rivers.. Well you will be home soon enough to get back in the groove - you aren't gaining so that's a plus.. Then we will be there 1st of July - so off the wagon again :0) Karla - how are you doing tonite... Good Morning Gang Karla - I was in 7th grade came home from camp was at camp for a week - Guess what - no one home they had moved and I didn't even know it - Ya think my mom would have told me that we were moving - nope - don't remember what happen she must have come to get me - but it was a shock.. IMHO - She doesn't need a room - she lives on campus - stay on campus and come and get your shit... Plain and simple - if she can't help then forget her - she's going to need you before you are going to need her.. I assume her stuff is packed - so texted her to come and get it - you aren't moving it.. I know how you feel in one of my moves - Joseph Daddy just dissappeared - I moved everything by myself - Well my Uncle did come w/a big truck for the furniture - but it was me and him who moved the furntiure but the rest of the stuff I did on my own - Joseph was 5 I remember that night when we were done - going to my Dad's for dinner and realizing that the only thing I had fed him was a beef stick and a soda.. What a bad mother I was.. (not really he never complained) You are tired stressed have the pity party...

Food today - 1/4 pt drink - 2 oz of pork tenderloin for bf - lunch 2 oz of pork & salad - dinner who knows something w/lean hamburger.. I guess I am going to have to go chase Karri down on FB to see what's up w/her.. Karla - how's your moving going... It's it about time to take a break - you are getting your exercise girl..

Well dinner last night wasn't nutritious - popcorn (big bag) and 1/2 of a pt drink (which was 16 oz) - so I did get my pt - just wasn't in the mood for real food.. Yep we had a shaker yesterday - Joseph's MIL lives in El Centro - 20 or so miles from Calexico - she lost her tv some crystal and cracks in the drywall (where taped I think) but everyone is fine.. well I am going to get caught - will catch up after gym tonite. xoxoox Janet Candice silly girl - I know you are tight in the mornings and you couldn't eat that... I'm here... Went to Big Lots - ya spent $$ on I don't know what - dog treats - candles - bug spray - sprayer - vase - runner - vit e oil - nail polish - that's all I can remember - The have some nice furniture cheap and shark steamer 50 and a big grandfather type clock $129.. Went to Target go bug spray for my roses - aphids and fertilizer and Andrew a Choc Easter bunny for tomorrow - but when I got home no bunny (and yes I didn't buy me one ;0) That's what I hate about they way they bag at my target.. Sprayed my roses bug soap & fertilizer ate some popcorn then Andrew came home and wanted to go to big lots - target and lunch - So got dressed and off we went Lunch sucked - ordered enchillada - cheese was real rubbery - had 2 bites and that was it.. Came home watched a little t.v. then decided to color my hair - well - think it's a little too dark - last time it had more reddish - this time just golden brown base - we will see may be coloring it again tomorrow - Did myself tanning - and unloaded the dish washer - Karla - I would not have worried about the top of the cabinets - I would wash then fronts but on top - no way.. Sure glad you got a new friend - the are important - you need to get out more.. I'm not big on hot dogs myself - do like the Costco ones w/sauerkraut but haven't had one of those in years - but there weren't alot of choices $7 for a salad - pre packaged and the dressing alone would have been more calories than the hot dog.. Food today - 1 egg and 1/2 of those new bagel thins (110 calories for the whole thing but I only had half) popcorn - couple chips/salsa - 2 bite of my enchillda and that's it - don't know what I am having for dinner - was going to make salmon but don't feel like cooking - so most likely my leftover 1 pot wonder from the other night.. My GF Candy knows I'm not a big gambler - so we are suppose to go about once a month.. Not doing anything for Easter either - send kids cards and the GD's some $$ - it's just me and Andrew - he's getting a card w/$30 and a Reese's pb rabbit.. Making a pork tenderloin (it's marinating now) asparagus and maybe some mashed potatoes tomorrow for dinner.. Got the 10 commandments on - it's an Easter tradition to watch Phyl is out to dinner - Candice is most likely sewing - or wasn't she going out tonite?? Steph is selling popcorn - Karri most likely working ... Kari has left us - on FB saw that she was sick Denise - must be coloring eggs w/dh ;0)

Good Morning Gang Karri - Hugs - I saw on fb you are now an english teacher and that Lee helped you out yesterday - yep you have a keeper ;0) Karla - I got rid of stuff before I moved 6 yrs ago - started out fresh in the new house.. Phyl - Steak sounds good I had a hot dog at bingo (didn't win) - no bun just the hot dog - then as we were leaving they have an ice cream parlor - had 1 scoop in a cup of pineapple coconut - it was to die for.. Candice - Hope Peter's feeling better - I like your explantion on the contacts - Don't think this pair is working - never got to costco yesterday - and my doc was leaving and won't be back til Thurday - I can read and see but not well.. No great plans for today - got home 11 last night we played video poker after bingo - I put in $20 - played for an hr and cashed out $9.75 so not bad... Well need to move it's 9 - didn't go to the gym this a.m. slept in til 7 - but I did go yesterday - so I am not feeling bad about it... Don't know what I am doing today - Big Lots opened up - and Janelle (andrew's wanta be cuz ex-neighbor girl his bff) works there she gets 25% discount - so if there are any big ticket items I want - I will have her buy them for me - Big Lots is like a Dollar Tree 99 cent store - but things cost more than a $1 - they have stuff like hoover carpet cleaners - and the normal junk.. Read on FB that Steph is kettle corning if the weather is ok..

Well you have done more than me - I'm dressed waiting for gf to pick me up for bingo - besides cleaning (which was a lot in it self) - paying bills - gym - I haven't done much - really wish I wasn't going to bingo - I'm pooped - been up since 5:30 and knowing Candy she will want to gamble after bingo - $40 buck will be my limit - then we are going home.. I have never looked into beading - didn't know it was so expensive - glad you got out of the house for a while.. What's for dinner?? I'm hungry... All I have had is popcorn your chili sounds good right now.. Talked to Melissa from mentor thread - she sounds so young.. she 30 something but sounds like her 20's.. Candy's here - bye chick !!!

Taking a break - replaced the 2 air filters for the a/c and washed the grates - omg I HATE HATE HATE HATE - did I say HATE that job... 6 row on each to wash at least 3 time - well if I cleaned the air filters more often I guess it wouldn't be such a job.. The only problem iwith these contacts it's a week between each fitting a pain in the Arse... I don't think anything here's closed but again I haven't been anywhere - cleaning that's about it for me.. The reason I want contacts is I am tired of always having to have readers on the tip of my nose

Got Andrew fed - dogs feed and my dinner is done - one pot wonder - chicken zucchini bell pepper onion rice corn in spagh sauce.. Karla He was saying it's mental not physical - He doesn't get it - he isn't obese or never has been - his theroy is that most obese pple have been abused in some manner. I think there are studies that predispose us to being obese just like alcoholic's or druggies - food is our drug of choice - he is saying we can live without drink or drug but that we can't live without food - so that it's not a physical addiction again he doesn't get it on the level we do.. Candice this is great - going to have to read it when I have more time.. Phyl you were a busy girl yesterday - homeless and all and with this ugly wind - at least this year it hasn't been that bad.. Steph - What color paint did you get - is it all done Karri - You are back - you said you would be here :frown: Well busy at work again - I guess I am never ever going to have time to goof off anymore.. Gym tonite - then stopped at target to get contact stuff - don't know which is the best to get - so got the stuff they gave me. Go tomorrow to get them (contacts) readjusted - he gave me 40 yr old eyes - you know when you need 125 strenght glasses to read the paper --(I use 200 now and could most likely go up to 225) so he's going to have to do something - I have pretty good mid range site - but distant and small isn't perfect - Well that's about it - don't know what I am doing for dinner - chicken or a lean cusine - I don't feel like cooking..

I must have missed something - Phyl homeless - it's windy here so I know it's REAL windy at her place Not much going on here.. Busy day at work even thought the computer was down 1/2 the day - but we had Unum (or something like that) explaining Long Term Health Care - disability and life insurance - my employer provides the disability (short & long term) 1 x salary and now 2 yr long term care insurance - I purchased 5 yr up grade - I already have a LTC policy (am of the age that I have to think about these things) Idrise called me this morning - I guess it was bugging him about our discussion about food addiction - I tried to explain to him that my fear is that I will regain the weight and that I'm just as addicted as a drug addict ( this is where the conversation got heated - he said no I am diff - that I am not physically addicted to food as a drug addict is) - he said I don't give myself enough credit - that I have made the changes and he doesn't think I will - It was nice that he called - you have to understand - he's a know it all - (awe like I'm not ;0)...

Had a good workout w/Idries - and got in a heavy discussion about food addicts - all I can say is that he really doesn't understand - he does but he doesn't - if that makes any sense but again - he doesn't have a weight issue -

Ya grey may work -- I own mostly nude colored shapers a few black - and a few pairs of regular undies - but 1 is red - 1 pink (light) 1 purple - mostly nude or black - bra's the same - nude or black...
