Good Morning Gang LOL Phyl - Evil twin ;o) I can relate to that one.. Didn't do much yesterday went to Stein Mart - some big sale the store was packed -$10 off coupon - come on pple you get $10 off but spend $50 - if you stayed home you would have saved $40 - but pple can't pass up $10 free money even if they have to spend to get it :0) - Came home with a pair of shoes, dress, black capri's and 2 blouse :0).. After that - napped and watched tv - Food was terrible yesterday - Won't even report it (sweets my heroin) - it was excellent Friday (most likely 800 cal max) yesterday - way too many sweets (2000 cal estimated) but I guess if you average it it wasn't too bad ) love my justification... Phyl - I bet the salmon was great - I remember it from last yr.. Weather suppose to be great until Wed - Karla you must be busy or didn't have access to dd computer.. Hey gang back from the gym - then took puppy on short walk with a little jogging (very little) and I am pooped - I even spent extra time at gym cuz my gf came and so I talked w/her for a while - didn't really pay attention to mileage - but figure I got at least 4 in and then maybe 1/2 on my little walk Steph hope it warms up - I think Michael might enjoy getting out and it will be great time together.. I went and got toes & nails done - then taxes (well really just talked to my accountant about Bro's Estate - Leases on the Ranches and just dropped off my stuff) Decided to go to Costco to get dog treats and had an ad from Baushlam said that Costco had the bifocal contact - well I stopped by the eye center - it was 3 - asked for an appointment she said I might be able to squeeze you in at 3:15 - well got in - loved the doc and eye test there better than at the last place i went. I go back in a week to make sure they are ok - I guess w/bifocal contacts it can take a couple of adjustments to get them just right.. But I think they are pretty on... Omg you just don't know how freeing this is - lets see if the pple at work notice when I don't always have readers on the tip of my nose - I doubt it :0) Well, I got lamb chops for dinner and green beans -Costco must no longer carry the frozen scallops - they didn't have any again... Karla - again I am so jazzed that you are going out !!!!

Well I didn't hit the gym - but - I have cleaned up my desk (it was a mess)- got bills that I have due the 1st in my spread sheet - paid my bro's bills - balanced his ck book - 2 loads of wash (small)- got kitchen cleaned - dog toys picked up and it's 9:22 a.m ;0) Think I'll shower in a bit then get dressed and get nails filled - hit Stein Mart - Designer Shoes for Less - Bed Bath & Beyond - then Taxes @ 2 then come home and chill... Tomorrow need to go to bro's house to see what's up there.. Dreading it like the plague... No electricity so I don't know how I am suppose to clean - but I guess I can take a broom.. cbl

Yes DD#5 it's all about her - The last Easter that my Stepmom was alive (she had already been told she had Cancer) we had a get together at my Dads - my DS didn't come - he went with his friends - I was pissed cuz I knew it was the last yr she would be alive - he was 19 - It's just kid - well most I think - it is all about them. It's not what you did or didn't do for your kids - it's that they take all that we did for granted - Hugs Phyl - Glad you had a good time - watch out for that dizziness - what did he say about hitting your head - Glad you had a good time - it was windy here last night - calm now but weather says more wind on it's way -ugh you know how much I dislike the wind and I know you do too.. Well got to sleep to 6:30 - well angel woke me up at 5 but got her to go back to sleep - need to get moving - but still drinking coffee it hasn't hit yet :0)

Girl you are right it could have been worse - not too too bad and you did get exercise - my chicken is done - squash is done (butternut) - bf was greek yogurt/granola - lunch chili rellone - dinner ck& veggies - Karla's computer must have died - she hasn't posted - I would take dd#4 computer since she ran up the cell bill :9(

Hey gang - I'm free for 3 days with no big plans !!! Except - right now waiting for gf to come and trim my hair - Tomorrow gym in the morning - but that's normal - Taxes @2 pm and that's it.. Oh yesterday went to GNC to get that banana cream pt shake - they didn't have any - going to order some for me - normally $3.39 a can - but if I buy a case (24) $1.75.. So when I went to Target I got a 4 pack of Vanilla Creme Pure Protein shakes and some banana's - Well I didn't feel like eating my fish - did eat my veggies - so I made a shake w/the vanilla, tablespoon peanut butter - and a banana - OMG IT WAS TO DIE FOR !!!! and I was full and satisfied and that was it for dinner no popcorn afterward - I figure the shake was 100 for shake 80 for pb - 100 for banana = 280 cal total I don't do shakes normally - but was in the mood for a milkshake - last night so that was it and girls it was too freaking good... Yep Candice we have bets on you & Peter lol... Today I had a computer rater trainer in my office helping me w/some rating - he asked me if I was Canadian (I have your Honorary Canadian Certificate hanging in my office) lol - told him no - I'm a desert rat ;0) but my bff made me a Canadian :0) Well Amber just left - got hair just trimmed - Phyl you are one busy chick -watch out for the wine at all these parties :0) Well need to go see what I am going to do with this chicken - roast it or boil it for ck tacos - Think I am roasting it... cbl karla - how's the computer

Oh gang thanks for loving the food cop in me - but it's cuz you get me and the struggles to be healthy - you all want to be healthy and that's why you got banded - so I guess it's we have a diff mindset - they know me well at work - but it's just not the same - so I will limit my food copness to lbt :0).. Hey Gang Phyl - I have been so busy at work - I just don't get a chance to get to lbt- plus since I pissed off the IT girl by throwing away those cookies - I gotta be careful - I don't know how long she's going to be pissed.. Then by the time I get home - I am pooped.. I am resigning as food cop.. It's getting me in trouble in my real life lol... Hey Gang.... It's 5:45 and I am just sitting down.... Went to Kohls at 9 - the Gift card saved me $50 - but I spent $300... Found these shapers by flexie they have straps - but go under your bra - advertize to take the love handles away - they did - I had on my size 2 capri's and they are low on the waist - the excess skin hangs a bit - well with the shaper - it doesn't - they aren't cheap $48 each - but sale buy one get one 1/2 price - then they had one that advertized to take care of the back fat - again straps but buttons in the front like a corsset - so those 4 items alone where $140 but if it makes me feel better when I am dressed then it's worth it.. Got some capri leggings - cute tunic length top (black/white) - sky blue capris - white eyelet skirt - top that goes with the capris - cute sundress pinks/blue/yellow/orange pasily - then to Marshalls gold sandle - these darling white ones with jeweled flowers - another tunic phesant blouse w/jean capri leggings. Then came home and started moving winter clothes to other closet and pulling out summer clothes - it's in the 80's I don't think we will have any more cold weather. Not all the way done - still got summer clothes in the other closet - but will do that next friday (it's my furlough day) Candice we still have them (furlough fridays) - but now 1 a month period - I like that - still have an extra day off and will gain at least another 1.5 vacation day back.. Karla - cook the steak for you - you deserve it - girl just cuz no one's home doesn't mean you shouldn't eat well.. That's and excuse and that's saying you aren't worth cooking a meal for - You are... I guess for me dinner is my most important meal - I want good tasting food that's healthy... Well washer's done - gotta go put it in the dryer.. Good Morning Gang.. Had a great day with Uncle - got home around 6 - feed the dogs and me (lamb chop from thrusday) squash and Ice Cream cake - other food for the day was only 1 bad pt chips 140 cal and a skinny frappichino - so I was good calorie wise :0).. I don't think I told you all what I did on friday -- I threw away office cookies cuz one of our employees was in the hospital for 2 days for testing - he has diabetes - well our lunch room is always full of junk - so I was on a roll friday morning - playing food cop - we I majority pissed some pple off I realize now that I was bad about doing that (throwing away other pples stuff) I was carried away in the moment - I am a bit obsessive as you all know - this is my life and I know how hard it is to say No when it's in your face - I know it's up to the individual - but sometimes I just can't stop the food cop in me - I guess I am so use to it here on lbt that I let it into my other life - I am going to buy some cookies today and take them to work w/an apology - I really want to put on the apology (but won't) - go ahead eat all you want kill yourself and keep gaining weight... I am just like a reformed smoker who hates smoking - for me I am an all or none girl Oh gang did I tell you - my furlough days have been cut in half - instead of every other Friday - just 1 Friday a month. Guess they finally realized that we had too much work with all the extra that they have been giving us with all the firing they have been doing - that stuff wasn't getting done. So starting next month only 1 Friday off - going to miss them - going to like the additional $$ in my bank (more shopping ;0) - For the rest of they year - I have the 1st Friday of the month off (well April is good Friday and we have it off - so April it's the 2nd Friday) Well going to see if paper is here yet - another cup of coffee will cbl Hugs to all

They had sandwiches from Pandra - I had just a little salad w/my own dressing.. and some pt chips this afternoon -- The only person online is Phyl - skype's loads when I turn on my computer - should be home are 8 - but then we gotta skype Joseph so they can sing to Andrew and watch him blow out his candles... So I doubt - Linda - Candice and Karla are going to be up at midnite :0) - Phyl yes but the rest of you no (9 our time) Candice in Peter's defense - a fish sandwich - not about the $$$ but the calories 380 w/o tarter sauce... Karla - see we do have some benefits being single On Skypes I think we can only talk to 2 pple at a time - so that would be 3 total... ie - me phyl karla
