Phyl Glad you made it home safe and sound. Ya putting stuff up I hate it.. Candice has a new wine - cheap ass wine I think she told me - not sure.. Yes and it does have a name like that - 1 bottle $3 but she found one place it was $6 and then another 3 for $10.. You guys can drink to your hearts content ;0) - just no falling down ;0) Yep Karla - busy at work - had a minor panic attack this afternoon - didn't move one file off my desk - spun my wheels all day.. Good Evening Gang Idrise cancelled on me today (he's filming a commercial for he new workout dvd) and I didn't know til I was driving home as my phone was dead (charging in the car) well - that would have been a great excuse to just to say F it - but I didn't - I came home and changed and did cardio instead of weights - Had a really good workout - really worked up a sweat.. Hell Idrise is cancelling Wed too - so I guess I will be back to the treadmill - we are suppose to have a make up session on Friday - Suppose to go out to dinner w/Debbie (her bday is tomorrow) was going to take her to Ruth Chris (I still have $50 gift card) so I figured that would pay for my dinner - and she doesn't get to eat at nice places - well - she change that we were suppose to go tomorrow - as her family hadn't made any plans - so she said yesterday let's do friday - said ok then she said her daughter is coming on friday - Well I'm not taking both of them and plus her DD doesn't know how to act right - well either does Debbie at times (Candice knows what I am talking about lol) So told her today we would go somewhere else - her choice.. So now I have to work out then come home and shower and change.. Candice - I got my mic working - but you didn't pic up - I figured you were still at Karla's but see you are on your way already... So you will be hooking up w/Phyl shortly. Phyl... Omg you gotta drive 65 miles - you are spoiled - I drive 400 miles all by myself - I love it.. I'm in control of the radio - only stop when I want to etc.. Glad you had a good visit w/family- love the pic's - Will ck out fb.. Well for some reason I am starving - bf strawberries - lunch salad & 3 oz of chicken - snack pt chips.. Karla - if you are so tight I doubt you will get that fruit in - maybe salad if you are lucky.. Yep Candice & Peter are super super pple.. Karri has been super busy as usual - I sent her a note on fb - said she was taking a day off this week - we will see - you know our ocd - perfectionist Karri - plus 2 kids were kill this weekend in a car accident - one was her student last yr.. Karla gf you are too tight - that's how it was for me when I was too tight couldn't drink coffee - hopefully it will loosen up... Thinatheart - Keep a food diary - exercise - count calories eat low fat - limited carbs - follow the rules - Congrats if you follow the rules and make the lifestyle change you will do well.. gotta jump in the shower cbl

Phyl - If I know you aren't a morning person - you would think Earl would !!! I'm like you coffee the very first thing in the morning before anything else - I usually don't eat bf till around 9ish.. Tell him you will make your own - or just save it for later. So you will be home tomorrow or today?? Arent you suppose to be visiting some more pple.. food - well ran to target to get razors & washing soap - I again looked at the candy - almost bought a peppermint paddy - cuz i'm hungry (12) but put it back and came home an ate a pear. Sitting here waiting on Debbie, she better show up or I am going to be super pissed - don't tell me we are going to do something and then not show.. Good Morning Gang... Phyl - Waterfront for me :0) - I'm on vacation :0). I think I have had Pinto Noir I like Pinot Geigo (sp) - I'm not a big wine drinker now a days - sometimes it gives me heart burn and I like a little sweet - not to but not super dry - Wine tasting would be fun - never did it. Karla - We are family and the condition of the house doesn't matter - We all understand you just moved in - But I still hear you - company you want it to look good.. I picked up this a.m. cuz debbie's coming and we are going to the show - either last song or why did I get married 2.. Don't know yet.. Glad the doggies are home - DD#4 and Andrew should live together w/their dogs ;0) - I take care of Ryder more than he does... Candice - glad you guys are enjoying your road trip - good thoughts about that engine lite that would freak me out. Yesterday - didn't shop ;0) - farmed - treasured island and country lifed all day long ;0) finally took a shower went to the store got something for dinner - picked up candy bar - but put it back - Yea Janet.... Great talking to you last night Candice... I bet you will meet all kinds of pple - Really pple are very very nice, especially in small towns.. Safe driving I've been to Yellow Stone - beautiful - My X James's dad lived in Pocotello Idaho and we went to p/u his daughter and we went to see old faithful - great trip.. Andrew got into to the Coachella Fest last night and didn't go to jail (didn't pay jumped the fence) got to see JayZ & Beyonce !!! I am so jealous - he said he recorded - so when he wakes up I want to see.. Karla Kid's just don't get it - they don't understand the meaning of $$$ - they think it's free - 30 yrs from now she will be kicking herself in the butt - isn't she the one who ran up her/your cell phone bill. Which one wasn't available for moving.. She own's the problem.. Glad you are focusing on the good and not bad - if you focus on the bad - you will drive yourself crazy - I can be both optimistic and pessimistic depending on the sitituation - I think I am a good mixture of both - I am not a worrier - Glad you got everything approved and your doggies are coming home.. I know what you mean about a place feeling like home - when I lived at DH's house - I use to always think I want to go home - it really wasn't my home even though I designed the bath room and kitchen and furnished it all - I never felt home.. This new house has always felt like home - Plans for the weekend - not much - gym this morning - and that's about it - my GF Candy are suppose to do girls weekend 5/7 so need to look for hotel - 5/1 Debbie and I suppose to go to her DD to shop for outfit (for her like I need anymore clothes) for our Earth Wind and Fire concert on 5/14 May play around w/my hair (color it again) cleaning and washing.. Bought a Ken Pave's fall last night on qvc - I want long hair - can't wait to get it - one thing I love about qvc if you don't like it you can send it back - ya you gotta pay shipping but it's a great way to try something out for 30 days then return it if you don't like it.. Weather today 91 - that's a/c weather.

Karla Glad things are going well - I will always have food in my house if you saw my pantry you would think I was still obese ;0) there's cake mix frosting (for when andrew wants something) mostly canned foods - most of it's andrews food.. Not much to report - when for contact adjustment they were out of of the one I need will get in a couple days - put the one in I had before but for some reason it's not working.. I'm farming right now - Phyl just made it to oregon - candice traveling it's just you and me...

Love the pic Phyl - I've been to a place like that by Santa Cruz - My sis lived in Ben Loman (something like that) it was beautiful. I've heard about Mt Rainer but that's it - I'm not Candice - Don't think I want to hike it - isnt' it super tall ??? I'm there from the 1st think I come home on the 5th. So I'm up for anything... I want to see the area like we did in Canada - I was to eat fish and go to the places you always talk about - To me the area is more for sightseeing than shopping - lol I bet I still find tourist stuff to shop for - gotta have a t-shirt for the gym - I wore my Wasaga Beach one yesterday ;0) took out what I thought was ground turkey - it's was pork chops thick ones - so chopped one up w/onion bell pepper and my left over rice and a little corn and soy sauce - wish I had some green onions - chineese something - oh ya put some jalapeno in it tooo.. My Fav on Idol would be between Casey & Lee - Lee needs to loosen up (he sorta looks like my nephew Jimbo)- and I think Casey is just the cutest thang and I usually don't go for blonds - but he's a doll - Crystal is good - but like David Aguliar - getting boring - she needs some personality too... Shoboan - don't care one way or another - and like you Andrew was ready to go - but Katie - awe like my Kaitlin - don't care about tim or aaron either - top 4 Casey Crystal Lee Mike - but the little girls love Aaron & Tim..

Wasn't real food tv dinner that I added shrimp to - it's wasnt very good.. full but not satisfied.. We all know that feeling ;0) I'm lucky - once they (bear & angel) were potty trained we let them loose in the house - Ryder - is out side during the day when we are gone - he's still too much of a puppy - the other morning chewing my base board.. He's going to be out side for a while - going to have to get him a misting system and teach him the pool..

Why don't you just cut a hole in the back door and install one there - I would have one in my slider - but my back slider is only 5 ft too small.. It will all come together - cooking dinner shrimp alfreado (lean cusine with my shrimp) and if any room spinach.. no rest for the wicked :0)

Phyl LOL I am shopping at cheaper stores Target Marshalls Ross but I just do it too often.. I'm going to quit watching QVC for a while to - I get into big trouble there.. I talked to my finanical guy last nite - If I every want to retire I am going to have to quite spending $$ - I shop too much.. I am going to have to get a hobby - but hell hobbies cost $$. CBL Oh on furloughs - Starting April - I only have 1 FF a month - and have had it for April (last friday) So my next one isn't till 5/7 - 3 weeks of working 5 days I don't know if I will be able to handle it - I heard on the radio yesterday - that pple who have them really enjoy the extra time off work - ya they have to tighten their belts but it's worth it.. Well - picked up taxes - was in for a big shock owe $1000 - I have sent accountant email asking why - cuz nothing is diff - if it wasn't for the ranches (this is where the extra $$$ is due I think) I would do my own taxes - but I don't know the 1st thing about K1 and deprecation - so I have to pay - This yr they showed income where as last yr they didn't and we have the same income each year.. Because of this I came straight home and pulled out last yr's taxes to see what the diff was - I forgot I needed to go by the store cuz I didn't take anything out - oh ya I did but it was for andrew - and since I wasn't going to the gym tonite - 137.5 this a.m. - Well I am undressed now - so I guess I will just have to figure something out - got shrimp - Candice... What's for dinner - I forgot to tell you in those pic's you posted your tummy looked smaller - so what out for those calories :0) - You and Linda be good..

Hey Gang... Phyl when will you be home... Ankle is ok it's still sore and a little swollen but it's ok .- Debbie and I went to the Street Fair yesterday - took a little vicoden mixed in w/a little liquid tylenol and walked for 2.5 hrs - lots of nice stuff there - spend too much money - blouse - sandals - self tanner - 6 visors (3 white - 3 black) Then we had a salad and I got home around 3ish - and vegged - in bed by 9.. Went today at noon to get contacts re-adjusted then he tells me I will never have perfect vision w/contacts that they don't make any yet that will do the job - (I was saying I can't read the news paper) - No one told me that - the stupid commercial (baush lome) says get rid of your readers.. Dumb me to believed a commercial - But gotta say he changed my right eye and it's better and my distant is ok - I can read the computer ok - I can read price tags - so I do have more freedom than I had before - I guess if I want 20/20 I would have to wear glasses and they have there own issues - hell I would need trifocals - I'm a little frustrated with all this back and forth - I go back friday again.. Candice - Glad you are having a good time w/Linda & Mel and got to meet the rest of the family.. Steph - Yes each child needs their own quality time - I'm lucky I only had 1 cuz I don't know if I could spread myself out - you are one busy lady... Well I guess with Candice & Phyl Traveling - our thread is going to be really quite Steph, Karla & Me... And right now it looks like it's only me.. Got dressed and Debbie & I went to the street fair - got my visors and a blouse and some self tanner and sandles... Home showered - got my new tanner on - Debbie thinks she can get darker than me - Ya right - I've been self tanning now since February.. After street fair (fancy swap meet) went and had salad - and I'm headed to couch These contacts are frustrating the crap out of me - can read but not that great - like I have 40 yr old eyes - go tomorrow at noon...
