  1. Happy Birthday!!!! In my experience, if I ignore the cravings, they go away. Each day gets easier and easier and I feel stronger for avoiding the temptation. Good luck and I hope you have a great birthday!!
  2. Congratulations! What great results!!
  3. My husband and I also used Dr Sergio Quinones. We were sleeved the same day. We were the only ones that had surgery that day and we had great care for Dr Quinones as well as his staff. Also, Dr Quinones is a Proctor for Johnson & Johnson.
  4. My husband and I just added in salads and we are doing well with it. We aren't able to eat a whole lot of it after we have eaten our protein. I'm very thankful out sleeves like salad.
  5. I would go to the ER. They can check you over and give you pain medicine to make you comfortable. I'm sorry you are having such a rough time. Please keep us posted.
  6. Feel free to add me if you'd like. Morris76058

  11. Congratulations!!! Way to hang in there!
  12. You look amazing!!!! Way to rock your sleeve!
  13. My toddler was 23 months when I got my sleeve. My mother in law watched him while my husband and I were sleeved in Tijuana. From the moment we got back, I have been able to do everything with him with no problems. I was even up for cooking and cleaning. Good luck, it will all work out!!
  14. I have a friend who had gastric bypass 6 months ago. She still throws up at least once a day. My sister in law had gastric bypass 2 years ago and in the last 2 months has gained back 30 lbs. she claims to be eating exactly the same as always. My husband and I chose the sleeve. My BMI is very high. However, after all my research, it was the only WLS my husband and I were willing to do. We are 23 days post op and my husband has list 45lbs and I've lost 40lbs. Neither of us have thrown up or slimed or had any negative reactions. We feel good, have more energy and aren't hungry! Good luck however you decide. I just wanted to let you know about my experience.
  15. You look absolutely amazing! Great job!
