  1. Hey I am coming up to the soft foods part of my diet, just curious what foods are all ok to eat during this time. I do not have a big list of what is approved or not. Thank you!
  2. Try a speciality store, Poppeys, GNC, etc, they have better tasting and better quality protein powders. They may cost a bit more, but it is worth it.
  3. When staying at Jerusalem Hospital, where does your guest stay for the first night? Are they with you in the clinic, or do they go to the hotel? The other nights I hear they are with you if you pay the extra for a private room. Any info is always helpful.
  4. I am looking into going for the sleeve with Dr. Almanza, however I am curious how others experiences have been with him. Any comments, good or bad, are appreciated.
