  2. Albertamom- take a deep breath, follow your liquid diet & stay off the scale for a week or so. Remember, you were hooked up to an IV, you stated you were on your period & you're body is recovering from surgery. Everything will be ok! My thoughts & prayers are with you. You WILL start seeing the numbers drop, give it time
  3. If you search Forums, for Lil Diva's bootcamp, it will come up. Basically, it's a 5 day plan, cutting out carbs & sugars & eating lots of protein & drinking water, to kick start your weight loss.
  4. Swizzle, clt- well said! I truly believe that we are on our own journey, to the same destination, lose weight & get healthy.... How we get there is up to us! What works for me, may not work for someone else. I do know, those of us who have chose to have WLS, chose that path because we wanted a tool to help us achieve a healthier lifestyle.

  6. Oh yea, 3 weeks, 3 months & at 5 months. I'm currently doing Lil Diva's bootcamp, I'm on day 3. So far it's working!!!
  7. No back lashing here...as I "socialize" at least once or twice a week. I can only handle a max of 1-3 Diet & Malibu drinks, and yes, I know, empty calories, blah, blah, blah!!! Hey, don't judge me, you don't know me!!!! LOL
  8. I have been in a stall for a good 6 weeks, so I'm doing lil diva's bootcamp...this is my second day in
  9. I was like that & mine was low potassium, low b12 & low iron. The put me on liquid potassium, b12 shots & iron supplement. It has since went away & levels are now normal.
  10. I'm starting Lil Diva's bootcamp today....I have bee at a stall for 6 weeks or so now, very frustrating! We'll see how it goes!

  14. Overall mental & physical health has dramatically improved. I'm a much happier person & can exercise without being in a lot of pain. My co-morbidities....Non Existent!!!!!

  16. I have them but don't wear them on an everyday basis, most of my clothes hide what needs to be hidden.
  17. I bought Gluten Free...they aren't to bad.
