  7. Has anyone out there used the Biggest Loser Exercise Program for WII? I just started over the week end & it's kicking my butt!!! If you used these videos, what's your progress?

  9. Ok, Woman In Me, I can tell you, from the time I was born & all my 48 years young, my mother told me my mouth would be my downfall....I haven't found a surgery to correct that problem yet (LOL). I am an outgoing, speak your mind, kinda woman. I wasn't always heavy, but even at my heaviest, my personality is what makes me.....Me. Big or small, be who you are! Have I been in uncomfortable situations since my weight loss, yes. Friends become jealous, for one reason or another, others in public make comments or can put you in an uncomfortable situation, but I am who I am & try not to take offense to comments. I do, however, take caution not to throw my weight loss in anyones face but I am proud of the skinnier me. I am, and always will be, that loud, happy, outspoken girl my mother always warned me I would become & I'm proud of it!!!

  11. Mrs sandy r....eating baked chips will not hurt your stomach. 17 weeks out they just want you to watch your carbs but you're fine. Congrats about your weight loss!!! Keep up the good work

  14. 1) I have noticeably lost weight but still see a chubby girl in the mirror (everyone reassures me I'm not) 2) I don't get mad but sometimes wish I could eat another bite 3) Mood Swings not as often as in the beginning stages when I was on the liquid diet 4) definitely have more energy than I did when I was heavier Hope this helps but remember we are all different

  18. Don't freak OUT!!! It's ok, again, as previously posted, every Dr's set of post-op instructions differs, I was allowed coffee (but I only drink mine with sugar & lots of flavored creamer) so I avoid it now.

Short People UNITE....LOL I'm 5'3 3/4" (let's go with 5'4") I was sleeved 9/4/12- Weight 177-180 I was a size 16-18 pants, XL-XXL shirt, 38D cup 4 1/2 'on this later, I am now 126 pounds size 5-6 pants, Med shirt & 34DD cup My goal weight is 115 but am happy as could be of my 51 pound weight loss
