  1. Yes I would get the sleeve again in a heartbeat...no questions asked. Also, I don't think the band is recommended much anymore because of so many problems with it.
  2. Welcome and good luck on your journey!
  3. Glad to hear from someone that is three years out. I hope to be in the same boat as you the further along I get! Congrats on your loss and maintenance.
  4. You look great and I've also went from an 18 to an 8. I can't really believe that I am actually that size now. And yes some people say I've lost enough but I still have 25 more pounds to lose to get to my goal of 140.
  5. I too suffer from migraines but they have improved significantly since my surgery. It makes me think that all the crap I was eating before was contributing to them. Now I pretty much just have them around that time of the month.
  6. Wow you look great! Congratulations on your success!
  7. You look awesome! I can't wait to have my TT and breast implants!
  8. I hope you feel better soon...and it does get better!
  9. I still go to toots. I usually split the chick on a stick with my daughter. Sometimes will get a salad.
  10. If you come to Murfreesboro, and have time, I go to a great bootcamp three nights a week. Would love for you to come and try it!
  11. Lol...too funny! Love it!
  12. I agree I would definitely go with the Miralax. And unfortunately it is a club that most of us are in!
  13. You look great! Congratulations!
  14. Thanks!! I am 5'4 and started at 240 lbs. I guess my best tips would be to try and drink at least one protein shake a day. I find that I lose better when I drink the shakes. Also to exercise...I go to a bootcamp 3 or 4 times a week.
  15. Saturday will be six months since my surgery and i couldn't be happier! I've lost 70 pounds but still need to lose 30 more to meet my goal.
  16. No regrets...would do it again in a heartbeat!
  17. What I like to do for my shakes is mix 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder, 1 low carb yogurt (I use the carb master from Kroger), and coconut milk. I mix this up in a blender ball cup and take it with me...it is so quick and easy.
  18. Wow! Who knew! Thanks for sharing.
