  1. For your BA...what size were you before and after? I am getting implants and a TT next month but am unsure if I want to stay on the smaller side or go bigger.

  10. Don't feel bad you are doing great. My average is less than 10 lbs. a month. Just keep at it and you will eventually get to your goal. 56 pounds in 4 months is really awesome!!

  13. Yes I go to a bootcamp 3 nights a week. It has really helped define my arms.
  14. So today is my one year surgiversary!! When I began this journey in the spring of 2012 I weighed 240 lbs and felt disgusted by myself. I can honestly say this surgery is the best thing I have ever done for myself. I am current at 150 lbs. my goal is to get to 140...

  17. Cheri - thank you for posting this update and your beautiful pictures. I am nearing my one year mark and I am 12 pounds away from my goal. It definitely is harder to get these last few pounds off. I also love to read your posts and gain insight from your experience. Jennifer
